What do you like best about Opus 2?

The ease of use for admins and end users; able to easily export and import Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus 2?

Cost - it is expensive so we have to limit access to X number of users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus 2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deposition designations mainly - no longer have to do this process manually. Also we recently started using for Hot Doc and depo prep and it's been great to have co-counsel log in to coordinate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Opus 2?

The best thing about Opus 2 is that it makes it easy for our internal team to colloborate within their team as well as with co-counsel simultaneously. Our teams like the designation import and export features in particular, though there are many helpful features. I find it easy to navigate and our teams find it easy to build their case on their own without a lot of admin help. When we have any issues the customer support is very helpful. What do you dislike about Opus 2?

Sometimes we have back end issues when creating custom fields, but the customer services helps us get those fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus 2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Case organization and colloboration issues. It enables teams to cut down on the time it takes to prepare for trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opus 2 still has some European-based terminology and workflows...that can, at times, be a little confusing to US-based end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
