The system is perhaps too flexible, giving users excessive control over access changes, which can make it difficult to keep track of permissions. Although there is a role playbook, managing access can still become confusing. In terms of scalability, we have more than 2,000 controls and around 500 users, but loading pages—especially when using certification—takes noticeably longer. I found the setup process to be complex and time-consuming, requiring a significant allocation of ten months to implement fully. We have implemented Auditboard CrossComply and ITRM modules to manage our large compliance program. Would be helpful to have a better risk assessment functionality. Also, for companies that use both soxhub and ops audit, more linking of info might be helpful. Would also like to see better functionality for report writing. I think exporting could be better as well ---- it would be good to have more AB consultants that help through an implementation too. We used EY and I don't think we got a very good implementation that allowed us to leverage the strength of the tool. I expected using them would get us far ahead, but now one year in, we have to go back and try to retro fit more user requirements / requests in a common sense way.
