I've had issues with cross-functional permissions which have been challenging to enable certain aspects. This has hindered the setup and efficient use of AuditBoard for my needs. There needs to be better permissioning when setting up AuditBoard for smoother operation across teams. Additionally, during the initial setup, not all data was in a compatible format when transitioning from Excel, requiring extra configuration effort on my part. We use AuditBoard across many different teams and many different modules. AuditBoard has helped streamline our processes. We use it to complete risk assessments, create issues based on this information, send documentation requests, complete controls and assess different systems.
