**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

Easy to use and set up
A lot of file formats to use
Internal apps (weather, Google/Microsoft Apps, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc)
Multiple playlists to use
Scheduling tool is very important for me
Templates are OK, but we do not use them

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

No free sharing screen function
Sometimes LinkedIn app works with interruptions and we see black screen instead, it needs too much time for updates

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for internal marketing in 3 different offices in 3 different locations. In general, we have more than 10 screens. I like the scheduling option a lot, also the easy usage of different playlists for different screens.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

The quick and easy way that you can edit your slides. The convenience of it makes it idiotic-proof. All ages can learn and use the platform so it’s easy to train new employees.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I don’t think there’s much to dislike about it. Perhaps the pricing is the only thing I can think of.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our club it’s solving the mass amounts of paper we use to print our events.

The ease of use. I love that I can sit in my office and update the graphics on the TVs in another building. Very easy to operate!

Nothing comes to mind. I love the simplicity of it and the various ways we can use it!

I appreciate the scheduling function because it makes things much simpler for me.

I think the interface can be more user friendly, with simplistic guidance tools for other team members who find navigation of such products generally more troublesome

With the scheduling function we can keep our external screens on at night by promoting designs that are less bright and have relevant content i.e "opening tomorrow at X-am" etc.

OptiSign makes it incredibly easy to display our Power BI dashboards on TVs across the office. The setup was straightforward, and once everything is linked, the dashboards update automatically without any manual effort. It works reliably and helps keep everyone aligned with real-time data.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The UI could be a bit more intuitive in some areas especially when managing multiple screens. Also, a few more customization options for the display layout would be nice.

We needed a simple way to share live Power BI reports on screens in different locations. OptiSign solved this perfectly — no need for complex hardware or software. It’s helped our teams stay data-informed throughout the day.

I love that I can update the sign down at my venue from my home office and I know that it's done and looks great.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I'm having trouble getting HD video to display correctly on our 4k screen, but that may be the Roku, not the platform.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to advertise all of our upcoming events at our theater on a single sign. Updates are easy and quick, and scheduling the signage is a breeze. I love it.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

OptiSigns has been a great addition to our office. The platform is very easy to use, and setting it up on our screens was straightforward and quick. It’s been an effective way to share messages and updates across the workspace and ensures employees are seeing important information in real time.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The only downside we’ve experienced so far is a technical issue where 1 out of our 2 screens is unable to play videos or animations. Instead of displaying the slide, the screen shows up as black. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved, as everything else about the system has worked well.

How easy it is to use! It is very user friendly and has great features that are super useful. I love that you can schedule when to project something on a screen. It has been super easy to set up and implement.

I wish there were some more customizations with the calendar widget. I feel it is a little buggy sometimes.

The abundance of features is excellent, and the convenience of mobile management is a major plus. We are currently gradually transitioning our digital signage from Brightsign to OptiSigns because of these benefits

While the features are excellent, the cost for multiple screens/licenses can add up quickly. I would appreciate more flexible pricing tiers for large-scale deployments.

OptiSigns solves the problem of complex and expensive digital signage management. The benefit for me is simplified operation and lower costs. Since it's easy to manage remotely, we can update content instantly and improve communication efficiency across multiple locations.

The platform works really well and efficiently with different apps we use to design communications.  This allows us to seamlessly post to the TVs through Optisigns without even needing to sign in or duplicate the messaging.  Our team members use the TVs to find useful information about upcoming events or learn more about new hires and service awards.  This is a great wraparound for our communication plan.

Sometimes, if I have a multipage document in apps like Canva, it won't automatically advance in Optisigns without me downloading the document as a video.

the price is perfect my new new buisness, the fact that they have templetes and software is eady to use and especially on the run when im at events I can control right on my phone. I look like a big time food vendor on a small budget

I dont like paying but its worth it lol  I love it all

Not having to reprint new menus with price updates, I can do it on the fly and update asap.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I haven’t had the chance to implement OptiSigns yet, but based on the demo and everything I’ve explored so far, it seems very intuitive and easy-to-use. The user interface is clean and straightforward, and it looks like it has all the essential features to manage content effectively without a steep learning curve. I’m excited to get started with it and see how it performs in a real-world setting.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Since I haven’t had the chance to fully use it yet, I don’t have any specific dislikes at this point. I’ll have a better sense once I’ve tested it in practice, but so far, nothing stands out as a concern.

From what I’ve seen, it makes it simple to display up-to-date information across multiple screens without needing a complicated setup or a lot of technical know-how. This should save time, help keep content fresh, and make communication more engaging and consistent.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I like the hardware and ease of initial set up, we love the ability to be able to have the device turn the tv on and off allowing it to essentially run with minimal effort on our end. I like the way the scheduler feature works and it's simple to build a new rotation.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I wish it was easier/more clear to schedule a one time takeover, from what I have seen you essentially have to save it over the existing schedule when you want it to run and the platforms uses the 'last saved' schedule as the one to run. It definitely works but it always makes us hesitant that it won't work and we've run into a few issues in the past.

While we love the auto on and off it doesn't always work, granted there's a chance it's not OptiSigns fault.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manually put content on the tv via a PC that was plugged in, however it was such a hassle that the TV would often just be left off instead. OptiSigns has made it so much easier to manage and now our TV is always running content for us!

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

Been using it for about a month now and it seems they have thought of everything.  It can easily integrate Power BI, Google Slides and many other features.  The various timing options are also very helpful.  It is one of the more robust tools I have used.

I had some questions about an issue.  Emailed OptiSigns and within 24 hours we had a zoom call to troubleshoot the issue.  The help desk asked good questions to understand our needs, they escalated the issue to someone else on their team and provided helpful ideas for resolution.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Power BI was slow to load with the OptiStick.  Upgraded to the Pro Player and now it is instant.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing information to warehouse personnel throughout the day.

It's easy to use and saves us a lot of time. We manage several screens in our travel agency and can upload, schedule, and control content from one place. It works great with Canva and YouTube, which we use often. Very user-friendly.

Also the gCal to be shown is some how less configurable , we would like to show it more readable when we present a gCal . If you can share a screenshot or brief steps of your 4-split setup, we can recommend the best approach. In the meantime, check Duration—it applies to the entire slideshow. For example, 10 slides with a 10-second duration means 1 second per slide. The attached article explains how to set this correctly.

I really appreciate the practicality and convenience of managing multiple TVs and their graphics across different states where my company operates — all without having to be there in person and do it manually. It has great features where you can have graphics on standby for any occasion and decide exactly when to put them up and for how long. I also like how you can schedule things to go out at certain times, so you don’t have to manually add and remove content all the time. That’s super helpful when you’re either super busy or the only person with access and happen to be on leave. Also, managing multiple screens at one location is a super handy tool to have.

t’s not the most intuitive app. Like with any software, you need to spend some time learning it before you really get the hang of it. That said, I wish some parts of the user experience were improved, especially in certain tabs. For example, being able to preview your graphic right in the files section without having to download it first would be really helpful. I mean, what’s the point of uploading it if I then have to turn around and either download it, or find it in my files just to view it? It’s not a huge deal, but it’s those little things that could make the user-friendliness stand out more — especially since that kind of improvement would save time and boost efficiency.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of managing digital media across multiple locations without needing to be physically present at each site. Before using it, updating screens meant someone had to be there in person, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, we can control all the TVs and their content remotely, schedule graphics to play at specific times, and keep everything running smoothly even when I’m busy or away. This saves a lot of time and effort, reduces errors, and makes it way easier to keep messaging consistent across all locations.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It's really easy to use, even if you're not super techy. Setting it up didn't take me too long and now I am able to update our screens even if I'm working remotely. Everything looks professional without much effort. I haven't encountered any issues so far, so I've never need customer support yet.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I struggled at first trying to queue videos because it will get cut off, but I figured it out anyways. I don't dislike anything as I haven't encountered much issues with it, and it fits all our signage needs.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to be a big hassle keeping our screens updated - lots of back and forth and needing to updated multiple usb sticks. With OptiSigns, it's way easier. We can change and update content in  minutes. It saves us so much time and it's nice to know I won't have to stress about updating each of our tv screens in the office.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

The customizability, from the weather to the live features to the sheer amount of content available, is impressive. I haven't had a lot of time to jump in and really dig deep, but from what I've used as a newcomer, the sheer volume of what I can do shows potential and worth in your software.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I feel like there is a steep learning curve with the software. I often find myself going back to YouTube tutorials to refresh on how to do things, possibly because I'm not using the system daily. I don't know what specific advice I could offer to improve the learning curve since you already provide a good tutorial, but honestly, most people skip it. I wish the app included more video-based guidance, similar to how you link to articles, as people are increasingly inclined to prefer quick visuals over reading. I understand this could be challenging since updating a document is easier than updating a video.

A dark mode would also be a great addition. Many software platforms offer it, and the bright white interface can be overwhelming and, personally, strains my eyes.

Additionally, just like in the files/assets section where thumbnails are displayed, I think it would be fantastic to have this in the screen tab. It would be great to see a small image—or even better, a live thumbnail—of what the sign looks like without needing to click 'Preview.' This is especially important since multiple people at my company use this software, leading to varied file naming and management styles. With so many hands in the cookie jar, and because everyone thinks differently, thumbnails would provide a quick visual indicator of what I'm looking at or about to see.

On a related note, my generation expects instant results, especially with AI-driven tools, and visuals are critical for that. Think of Canva’s user-friendly interface, where thumbnails make it easy to view files. I love that I can see thumbnails there because sometimes I forget what I named a file. It would also be helpful to have an option to increase the thumbnail size in the files and playlist views. Sometimes the thumbnails are too small to see clearly, especially when browsing many images in a window. Similar to platforms that let you adjust thumbnail size for better visibility, this would make it easier to identify files.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The digital signage and communication to employees and customers.
