Thanks to this, it is easier to assign tasks, track progress and make sure all of this moves as smoothly from idea to publication. One of the drawbacks to Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is not optimal content modification in active campaigns due to approval process. Although it is beneficial to have certain set structures and routines to implement practice change it is not always effective when there is need to make sudden changes. The most significant advantage of Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is that it solves the problems connected with content distribution in one location. This integration has in fact cut across most of the our processes regarding creation and distribution of contents. New in the platform is the analytical capabilities and integration factors that have improved our efficiency in viewing the performance and making right decisions regarding the marketing outcomes and involvement. One of the weaknesses of Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is that it occasionally takes time when handling a big volume of content or accomplishing complex analysis. Such lags might cut down productivity at certain periods of organizational activities. As someone who uses Optimizely to work with my Content Marketing team, I can say it is easy to use and collaborate with my team. I love being able to get alerts when there are new updates on my projects and provide edits both within documents and within the project ticket. Optly is great tool when you know you need to switch out an asset in the middle of the day because you can bulid it in optly and turn it on and off whenever you want from optly to the site. That way you dont have to mess with the code in your CMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Optimizely is the user-friendliness of the interface. It is so easy to learn and understand, I don't have to look for any video tutorials also ( which is usually the case with most digital tools). I use Optimizely for daily content production and it assists me with end-to-end content management, from when I start ideating/writing to publishing the same on various channels. Best part? The support team is always available to help you solve any and all related issues. The process of implementation was also very fast and smooth and Optimizely is very easy to integrate with other related marketing tools like Hubspot etc. All in all it is truly a leader in the CMS space with brilliant navigation within the tool and a plethora of new-age, relevant features. We used Optimizely Content Marketing to facilitate various projects (email, collateral, digital, web, print, etc.) across multiple stakeholder groups (product, web dev, design, content, etc.) Optimizely proved easy to use for collaboration and task management. I've noticed only 2 major drawbacks in my opinion. We have multiple organizations within my company that had their own instances. When switching instances with open tabs, all open tabs were reset. There was not a convenient way to easily flip between instances. Absence of a live/on-platform text editor (for attachments) also resulted in a lot of files being created as edits were passed back and forth, sometimes adding to confusion. The CMP covers a number of different functions, and is fairly easy to use.

Its trying to do to much - each bank of features while varied isnt necessarily the best in field for whhat its trying to do.

It provides user-friendly experience consolidating all content collaboration in a single accessible location. Effective Campaign planning is an important factor for my work and it enables me to plan according to my needs. Implementation is very user friendly. With the 24X7 customer support it makes my work more eaisly as i frequently use the platform.Its features include Visual campaigning calanders, marketing work requests and many more which makes the platform worth to use.
