What do you like best about Optibase?

What do you like best about Optibase?

The idea is good and the price point is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optibase?

The product does not work. There's tons of bugs in it which means that you can't trust the results; tests not firing correctly, results being logged multiple times.

Reached out to customer service multiple times so I could solve the issue. They're not helpful at all and actually a bit rude.

We wasted six weeks of A/B testing to this. Don't go down this road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Optibase?

It is very quick to spin up A/B tests and the data is always accurate since we're using webflow submission triggers. I also love the ability to filter A/B tests to specific countries, browsers, etc. It helps remove spam traffic that could mess with your results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optibase?

I've had some minor issues where if A/B testing forms, the field names got renamed in the experiment variant and didn't post correctly to our CRM - but it was likely user error on my end! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Optibase?

Optibase was so fast and simple to set up and use. I especially love the Webflow integration so that I stay within context while setting up tests.

I'm still just starting to use the tool, but I've already run a few A/B tests as experiments and Optibase works the way I expected and provides just the right analytics and insights on those tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
