## Opstream Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient No-Code Platform with Stellar Document Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Director- Vendor Management Office, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

I like using Opstream because it provides a modern no-code platform that my team can manage, which limits the need for IT support. The workflows and automation are great for supporting a more efficient process. I find the AI extraction of documents to be a very helpful feature. I'm happy with the system's performance, their pace of updates, and their resolution times. The setup was easy and intuitive. Plus, I'm able to integrate it with our ERP system, D365. Overall, I would definitely recommend Opstream for similarly situated companies.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Nothing major has been an issue. Minor issues have been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream limits our need for IT support with its no-code platform, boosting efficiency with workflows and automation. AI document extraction is very helpful.

  ### 2. User-Friendly Platform with Outstanding Support, Minor Growing Pains

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy W. | Head of Supply Chain and Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream has been a great addition to our operations. The implementation was straightforward with clear guidance from the support team, who were responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. Integration with our existing systems was smooth and required minimal customization. The platform’s intuitive design made onboarding quick for our team, and ongoing support continues to be exceptional. Overall, Opstream delivers a very user-friendly experience backed by a dedicated customer success team.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

While we really like Opstream and see great potential in the platform, it’s still relatively new, so some of our specific use cases were first-time scenarios for their team. This required extra collaboration and some additional work on our side to get everything just right. That said, their customer service more than made up for it — the support team has been responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream helps us streamline and visualize complex orchestrations across multiple software tools, giving us a single, clear view of our workflows and significantly improving coordination, efficiency, and overall system transparency.

  ### 3. Highly cutomizable, supportive, and scalable to your business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Global Procurement Manager, Head of Tech Spend, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Since adopting Opstream, we’ve been impressed by the high level of configurability and customization it offers. The orchestration capabilities — from setup through the approval flow — are both sophisticated and intuitive.

Integration with our ERP system was relatively easy to set up, with some guidance from the Opstream team. Their responsiveness to requests and issue resolution has been excellent.

Adoption across our organization has been strong, and the AI Profiler (which suggests alternative solutions) has proven especially helpful. It enables users to identify tools already available within our stack and request access, rather than initiating a new purchase request unnecessarily.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

While Opstream has been a strong addition overall, there are a few limitations and enhancement opportunities we’ve identified. Some desired features — such as greater flexibility in modifying dropdown menus and the ability to create custom rules to further improve the user experience — weren’t available out of the box. However, the Opstream team has been receptive to this feedback and has expressed willingness to implement these enhancements in future updates, which is encouraging.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place for all procurement requests has really simplified how our teams work. It’s made the process more transparent, consistent, and accountable for everyone involved. Most importantly, it’s cut the time it takes to complete a request by two to three times, which is a huge efficiency gain for the organization.

  ### 4. Workflow Automation & Reduced Manual Overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moti E. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

"Opstream has eliminated so much manual overhead from our daily operations. Tasks like chasing contract renewals, flagging compliance risks, or tracking spend used to eat up hours of our team’s time. Now, the workflows run on their own, and the system proactively nudges the right people when action is needed. We’ve seen a clear drop in human follow-up and delays. It feels like the data is finally working for us, instead of the other way around."

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Nothing much. All is flowing very well for now. We had some requests that weren't available with the product but we are in touch with their product team and they are working to create it for us.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are reducing the manual overhead in our workflows and are unifying systems together.

  ### 5. Vendor Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomer G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Vendor onboarding used to be one of the most painful processes in our organization—emails flying around, missing paperwork, approvals getting stuck. With Opstream, it’s all streamlined. The platform guides vendors and our internal team through every step, and we can track progress in real time. No more bottlenecks, no more chasing down signatures. What used to take weeks now takes days, sometimes hours. It’s made procurement a partner to the business instead of a blocker.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

I don’t have any complaints yet. I’ll add some if I find something I don’t like. :)

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vendor Onboarding + streamline my company's porcurement workflow.

  ### 6. Opstream Review - Hyro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rom C. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

The intake ability has made it easier for teams to handle requests. Rather than guessing where to go or what to fill out, it guides people through the process in a way that’s clear and efficient, which has resulted in faster onboarding of vendors, while increasing purchasing compliance. This along with the ongoing vendor management capabilities, especially around renewals.
Their integration with our virtual credit card solution (Mesh Payments) is a real time saver as we close the entire loop in one place.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Nothing stands out in particular, the integrations are good so far. It helps us find data and resolve data issues.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream’s been a big help in making things less chaotic. Everything comes through one place now, so people actually know where to go and what to do—it’s taken out a lot of the guesswork. It’s especially helped us get a handle on indirect spend. Now we can track it properly, see what we’re actually spending, and avoid duplicate or random purchases. Plus, the time savings are real - what used to take a few hours now takes like a quarter of that.

  ### 7. Opstream provides procurement orchestration that just works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy P. | Sr. Director of Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream's user interface provides an easy and intuitive experience for our end users, quickly guiding them through the request process with minimal to no training needed. Setting up and administrating Opstream is also extremely straight forward and intuitive. Their "No Code" work flows are easy to setup and easier to update. No waiting for tickets to be answered to make simple verbiage changes or additions to approval request.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Opstream with it's focus on streamlining procurement orchestration lacks some of the more complicated fringe settings for extreme edge cases. Though this has not caused any issues for us extremely complex organizations may.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream has unified all of our purchase requests from Indirect, Contracted Services, Physical Goods and Marketing spend.

  ### 8. Opstream Review - LOVE them!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream changed the way we handle purchases across the company. Before Opstream it was super challenging to bring innovation into the company because every approval flow took a very long time.
Now, we can purchase within less than a week!

It is also connected to all of our systems - our ERP, CLM, Jira, ServiceNow, Budget management - it allows us to have everything in one place.

And probably most important - employees love it! it is as easy as sending a slack message.

It took us 2 weeks to go live with the system, our customer success person was great and always available and since we implemented Opstream - it became our daily operating system for anything procurement related!

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Generally, it is really great!

I really missed the ability to review budget while purchasing but they just launched a budget management module which is amazing!

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline the purchasing workflow, align it with budget control, change policies.
Onboard vendors
Communicate with employees regarding purchases

  ### 9. Opstream Review - Khealth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya G. | Business Operations - Student Position, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

It’s easy to use for setting up the procurement workflows — and once it was up and
running, there has been lots of activity. Good communication among the users and better
visibility of procurement requests.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Nothing in particular, the team is great to work with and we are looking forward to
expanding it into more areas of the business.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single place for all requests has brought visibility and clarity to our teams. Now
we hae a clear, consistent way to ensure well-governed procurement to take place with more
accountability for all the stakeholders involved. It’s cut down the time it takes to track and
manage a request significantly.

  ### 10. A Game-Changer for Streamlined Procurement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

The immediate gains in efficiency, the streamlined process management, and the significantly improved team collaboration are what I love most about Opstream

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Analytics can be further improved. Should be part of coming roadmap

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with a lack of standardization in our procurement, which created a lot of manual work and confusion. Opstream has been instrumental in solving this by providing a robust platform to standardize and automate our procurement processes. This has directly led to massive gains in efficiency – we're spending less time on administrative tasks and more on strategic sourcing. Furthermore, the collaborative features have broken down departmental silos, allowing for much smoother communication and decision-making throughout the entire purchasing lifecycle. The benefit is not just time saved, but also increased visibility and better financial control

  ### 11. Opstream was a great experience, it simplified the workflows and help work more efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pinhas K. | Senior Director of Data Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

While I’m not directly in procurement, I’ve used Opstream to interface with procurement workflows, vendor approvals, and contract-related tasks.
The difference is clear: no more chasing multiple people, no more unclear statuses, and no more redundant back-and-forth.
As a user, it gives me transparency and speed

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Nothing significant. the product worked exactly as expected, and every touchpoint was consistently strong.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream eliminates the typical delays and confusion in procurement by streamlining approvals, centralizing vendor data, and providing real-time visibility it saving me time, reducing manual follow-ups

  ### 12. Opstream Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean W. | Director, Procurement and Supply Chain Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Their is a high level of self-service configurability available, so it's all real time. The orchestration around requests, through approval flows is sophisticated but pretty intuitive. The integrations with our eSignature, ERP and collaboration tools were all reasonably easy to setup with some guidance.

They have been very responsive to requests and issues when the arise, and it's been well adopted by the adjacent teams (all managers and above must now use it for requests and they do).

The AI profiler surfaces alternative tools when requested, which helps inform users if there is a solution already in our ecosystem they can request access to rather than request purchase of another tool.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

The CLM features are coming along but not as robust as we would like yet. I'd like to see the ability to scan and extract guidance and metadata from documents (contracts, insurance documents, etc.). That is coming soon I am told, that will help our legal and procurement teams.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a single place for everyone who has a request for procurement has simplified how the company engages with us and given them confidence and simplicity in doing so. It streamlines and enures good governance while providing visibility and accountability to all the stakeholders. That's the biggest thing, the time savings in that record is 3 to 4 times what it used to take.

  ### 13. Opstream Review: Process improvement was impactful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

It does a great job of bringing procurement workflows together in one place. It is easy to configure without needing engineering support, and you can quickly access vendor or software records and manage documents with minimal friction. What really stands out is how it improves visibility for internal teams. With integrations to Slack, email, Docusign, SSO, and our ERP, it pulls everything into a single flow, making communication and access much smoother for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

One area that could be improved is contract redlining. It would be helpful to have the ability to handle that directly within the platform, rather than relying on external tools. Also, while the platform continues to evolve and the functionality is strong, the user interface could be more polished. That said, the team is very responsive to feedback, and it has been encouraging to see steady progress on the UI and the overall platform over time.

The Opstream team really work hard to action meaningful feedback immediately and we've seen that play out in real time.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opstream has streamlined how our internal teams engage with procurement. Centralizing all requests in one place has not only simplified the process for our stakeholders but also increased their confidence in how procurement operates. It has made everything more organized, more transparent, and significantly faster. Requests that used to take months are now moving forward in just a few weeks.

  ### 14. Opstream is a great intake platform for procurement processes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Their customer service and how open they are to hearing feedback and to getting better.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

There's still a way for them to grow, but they are on the right track.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process much more clear to users

  ### 15. Excellent spend management and approval system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shira C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream is an excellent spend management and approval system that delivers a user-friendly experience and a wide range of benefits. The system's easy-to-use interface has been a breath of fresh air, making it simple to navigate and get started right away. Whether it's a new or experienced user, I find Opstream to be a breeze to use.

The visibility that Opstream provides with real-time tracking, detailed reports and dashboards is a significant value add. It removes unnecessary red tape and streamlines the approval process. I can now automate many of the approval workflows, reducing the time and effort required to approve spend requests.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

No platform is perfect and there were a few challenges at the beginning but their customer success team was super helpful and made sure to make us happy.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to Mange and control all purchasing process and gives visibility to the company's spend.

  ### 16. Great tool to cut costs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ory Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream has proven to be an invaluable tool for our business, providing us with much-needed visibility into our spending habits and allowing us to control costs in real-time.

We initially brought it in as a cost-management measure, but soon realized that our lack of visibility into spend before it was committed was limiting our ability to control costs.

Prior to Opstream, reviewing every purchase was not scalable for us. Opstream quickly allowed us to organize all purchases and gain real-time visibility into our spend. This has given me the ability to control costs more effectively and make better decisions.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

I wish they had more CLM capabilities that will enable me to do redlining within the system.

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to control costs more effectively and make informed decisions about future purchases.

  ### 17. Opstream has been a game-changer for our company’s purchasing approval process and visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Porat B. | Business operation manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Opstream?**

Opstream has been a game-changer for our company’s purchasing approval process and visibility.
Opstream’s UX is excellent, and the platform is very user-friendly. We were able to roll out the system to the entire company without any formal training, and everyone was able to start using it right away. The streamlined workflow and intuitive interface make it simple for anyone on our team to quickly approve or reject requests significantly lowering the overhead on the approving teams, and the platform’s automated notifications ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
One of the features we appreciate most is the ability to add external stakeholders, such as outside counsel or fractional CISO, only when necessary. By doing so, we are better utilizing those resources and ensuring that they are only involved in decisions that require their expertise. This has helped us streamline our process and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, ultimately saving us time and money.
Another great benefit of using Opstream is the platform’s ability to identify missed certifications. During our implementation, we discovered that we were using a system that didn’t verify required certifications, which added unnecessary risk to our operations. With Opstream, we can ensure that everything going forward is aligned with our security requirements, and we have peace of mind knowing that we are in compliance.

**What do you dislike about Opstream?**

Integration to payments system, this capability will help our operation to be even more efficient

**What problems is Opstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency , workflow and alignment with business buyers
