**What do you like best about Opsgenie?**

I have total control over where alerts go. I am able to define different priorities for different alerts and route them exactly as needed.

**What do you dislike about Opsgenie?**

I rely heavily on the slack integration, and it is limited in terms of what can be contained in the alert that posts into slack. I would love to provide direct links from slack to various monitoring places to save myself a click.

**What problems is Opsgenie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up an on-call system, triaging and responding to alerts from a number of different systems.

the amount of possible integrations and the slack integration in particular

**What do you dislike about Opsgenie?**

the configuration of the incoming call alert can be a hassle.

**What problems is Opsgenie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The rotation for the support member.
Instead of carrying/rotating a different phone, we can now easily use the planner from OPSgenie to forward the call to the member.
This makes giving support more easier 

Logging:
In the notes section we can communicate so that another one can take over the issue without any problems.

User creation and limit on the no.to create

integration with slack for better communication

**What do you like best about Opsgenie?**

I've been an OpsGenie customer for about 2 years now and I've NEVER had a single problem. Everything "just works" as you'd expect. Their support is wonderful. (Every time I've had to contact them it ended up that I was doing something wrong). They're super responsive and very flexible with requests. In additional to everything you'd expect from their product, I'm a huge fan of the Heartbeats feature, the rich notification policy abilities and the vast array of integrations.

**What do you dislike about Opsgenie?**

I literally have nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Opsgenie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pager rotation, alerting, Heartbeat monitoring (dead man's switch style)
