I just wanted to share how OplaCRM has really transformed my sales process. It has all the usual CRM features, but what I love most are its sales-focused tools. The pipeline management features are super user-friendly and have made it so much easier for me to track deals and make accurate forecasts. I’m especially fond of the healthscore feature, as it gives me a clear overview of my relationships with accounts and contacts. While it is a promising tool, it currently lacks robust automation features. A lot of tasks still need some manual input, which can take quite a bit of time. That said, I totally get that the software is still in its early stages, and the awesome development team is on the ball, working hard to roll out new features.
