The one thing that OpinionX is not doing good is that it is very heavily reliable on data. It needs to get inputs from users more and give it more importance than data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their pair-wise questions work way better than ranking a full stack in one question. Respondents just have to pick one over another, which is way easier to answer. Their algorithm does the rest.

The first time I used this survey, I forgot to segment and ended up with some bias that caused us to work around a problem not as big as we thought.

They offer ways to segment though, so this is more a negative on my initial approach than on OpinionX.
