This may be dependent on the service agreement - every event is surveyed. Although an accurate pull of information offers a more informative view; residents feel it's a bit over done. The result being, they do not respond to all sureveys they receive. Being able to resend the survey when a low rate is given due to not understanding the which way the number scale works. We have experienced this several times. We are asked if they can redo the survey, but I do not believe there is a feature for this, currently available to us.
