I like that Intapp has embraced AI to help capture work time spent reading emails, reviewing pdfs of important files, and work done on my mobile phone. Intapp makes it easy for me to select different matter numbers for various clients and projects. Intapp also has many categories and fields that allow for precise time capture. I don't like that Intapp is currently unable to capture time spent on work-related phone calls and occassionally it erroneously records time. Intapp seems to process commands very slowly, and if you click too many times while it is processing the program will freeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple to use. Great that it lets you input narrative codes and search for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once you have released the time you cannot edit it, or even cut and paste same entry notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The timekeeper software has an intuitive design and is easy to use. The creation of timers couldn’t be easier. It is nice that it automatically assigns different colors to the timers as well. Overall, InTapp is an excellent way to record time across many different projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
InTappwpuld be an even better product if it had a setting that would stop a time when a computer shuts down. It also has some bugs when trying to keep time across mobile and desktop platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Difficult to use because you cannot assign files to a certain person but must manually star each one yourself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is likeable because it captures what you have done for the day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to filter released and non-released time in order to meet both firm and client billing deadlines by timely turn around of Invoices. It's a good program for everyday use in a busy law firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The format and appearance of the Invoices could be improved and/ or condensed. Sometimes they appear cluttered or run onto a second page when I think it would be more visually appealing to be simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how user friendly it is. I use this periodically to put time in for my boss, and it is fairly intuitive which made it an easy adjustment to a new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that at the bottom where it shows total hours, there are two lines that show red, both closed entries and number of pro bono hours. Since I work in pro bono, I think that aspect of it could potentially be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Timer function is so helpful. I like that I can stop and go in real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not able to have multiple timers; break out timer in a side bar or something similar; it doesn't predict my entries based on frequent entries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can easily switch between clients and matters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn’t automatically show names - just numbers - so it’s a lot of work to program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
