The web UI is very straightforward and easy to use - configuring networks, hosts, etc.
I'm a fan of the device-specific profiles (forgot what they call it in platform) so each device configuration profile can only be used by one device. I'm also glad that they charge not per user but by concurrent connection. We have a lot of once in a blue moon users, and paying for each of them every month is a dealbreaker. We sometimes have issues with users not being able to stay consistently connected. This is problematic when running long running dev/testing jobs that connect to a database and the connection drops.
