
The best thing about micro focus service manager is its ease of use, i have been using it for incident management module and it is very easy to implement and it allows allot of changes based on the user requirements. Whenever while developing we get some issue and put mail on customer support they revert immediately and contact us for resolvement of issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
