Lag on connecting with support team was little frustrating . The more then required coordination work during real time implementation of solution was challenging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The capability to manage a large-scale network through a network Automation tool. It also has very large automation functionality for all short of network devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I compare this product with other vendors I found it better for companies who are using multivendor network devices, I always keep this product upside. about dislike, I will say support takes time for new OID support in thair driver request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenText Network Automation?

See Microfocus is a leading Organization in the the Technology department.. Even in our Organization we use Microfocus Multiple tools like Arcsight/DLP etc. However, when it comes in regarding Network Automation Product of Micro-focus, I still feel there are certain areas where Micro-focus need to work issue is that some time Tool does not respond properly even when it comes to using OSPF or EIGRP protocol we see that there are multiple areas where we need improvement. What do you dislike about OpenText Network Automation?

Areas that I dislike the most that Protocol implementation by the Microfocus automation tool, sometimes they use the wrong protocol, and then we need to do that manually; even if we see the latest Gartner chart, we evaluate that Micro-focus performance is decreasing gradually . Microfocus need to work on this and still, they need to check there alpha version of this tool and then again launch in the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OpenText Network Automation:

We can go with Microfocus products but before that, check other organization products also like RSA Netwitness, IBM and Splunk, and so on because clients relay on you only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We usually solve protocols issue and router configuration or switch configuration by using the automation tool we do not require to configure the protocols again and again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in my experience in using the tool, it's outdated and needs a major re-architecture. I would like to see the tool re-architected in-line with more modern architecture by today's standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
