LoadRunner used for testing the behaviour of application in load condition, where it will capture every second and millisecond to generate graph for detailed analysis. When there are presence of Jmeter like open source softwares , it's very difficult to take decision for a paid one. I agree that loadrunner is good for generating detailed report for performance measure, but for some bucks.

As it’s a entprise wide tool, initial setup is not very easy like Jmeter. Also it has huge license cost...so if you plan to run performance for a basic application then this is not the tool to go for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
