What do you like best about OpenText Decisiv?
Boolean searching through emails and documents via our DM system is amazingly fast. Even the crazy searches (ie. I got an email from someone named Smith in 2009 about a mortgage) comes back fast. And you can preview the document and open it right from within Decisiv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OpenText Decisiv?
Really disappointed in Open Text's native search - they integrated a whole new product AND CHARGE US FOR IT!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
