Although there is nothing significant that I dislike, still the User Experience can be improved, with a focus on end users with limited technical and coding knowledge. The UI, the front-end can have more customisable options to suit various industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Opentext has a Clean user interface. Did not find any lags while using the tools. Sorting out different tasks and workflows is easy. the users are also allowed to track time and log the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
