Setting it up was fairly straightforward, with it pulling information we already had in Azure. Now we can easily manage and update signatures across the company very simply without needing to access users' computers to upload signature files. The signatures they designed are much nicer too. Every time we had some weird exception or one-off issue they were able to code in a fix. They check in consistently but don't 'bother' you and she's always willing to go out of her way to get me answers. - Bulletproof product for the most part depending on which style of signature injection you go with but for us the Azure and Google sync and applying signatures at the gatway has been working well. **What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?** - This might not be opensense's issue but when deploying a signature via OpenSense to Gmail users they give you a tool that will reset the users "Signature on New Email". If it's not reset/cleared out you could get double signatures. The problem is the tool only clears on the "Compose/New" email and not the "reply/forward" signature. It also request user effort to follow the instructions to add the stamp to their email. It's also nice to be able to adjust signatures based on both internal senders and external recipients. These features have helped us manage different signatures for various users and audiences. The Opensense team (Sylvia, Alex, and Van-Anh) have been very hands-on and patient with our team throughout the setup, implementation, and adoption process, often willing to meet and troubleshoot with our team on short notice. While 1:1 meetings with the team result in effective troubleshooting, the available documentation was often a bit outdated (it does, however, appear to have been updated/refreshed since our setup). It's not obvious unless it's communicated very well to the team. The best thing about the signatures themselves is that they are now standardized company wide and placed in the correct place in the email. **What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?** The downside is that eventhough the signatures are added automatically we are not able to see them in our sent items and if we want to see the signature, we have to add them manually (only a few clicks) or we have to pin the Opensense addin in Outlook and we lose space on the screen for our message. **What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?** Opensense solves 2 problems. One is that our signatures were not standardized. People would make up their own. When we did standardized is the signature would be at the bottom of the email and not of the message. If this is indicative of how OpenSense treats their customers as a whole, I'd vote for best customer service in the industry. I've been involved in countless SaaS implementations, and no one has ever done it better. They never once tried to upsell us or say our requests were out of scope. I have never worked with a solution like this before and was a little apprehensive at first, but their team answered all of my questions and guided me throughout the process. Great team, great product and great company to work with. **What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?** Nothing, there is nothing to dislike. The solution is simple and easy. I set it up a year ago and have been hands off ever since. **What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had multiple signature designs throughout the hundreds of users in our company. Some had designed their own with 5 different fonts, 3 different sizes and 8 different colors. This solution helped us to standardize so we have a consistent and uniform look for all email communications sent out from anyone, any device and any system.
