Even if we are coming with custom requests, they are always incredibly responsive, happy to help and jump on calls to immediately either address one-off concerns, train users or just show best practices. Can't ask for a better team. With a user base of our size, 350+, the standardization of branding and consistency across all departments and users was a constant challenge. With emails coming from all sources, CRM, mobile, etc. we needed a way to streamline the brand image while still allowing for a sense of personalization in standardization. From the beginning, the team was efficient and extremely communicative for finding customized solutions that fit our need. The overall implementation ended up being easy based on all of the advice the team had to offer. During rollout, the team was there every step of the way ensuring support during the time of change. The tracking dashboard is easily read and digestible. On top of the product itself, we've had nothing but over-the-top assistance from our success manager, Sylvia. I cannot express how patient she was with my onboarding and coordinating with multiple team members from our organization.
