I had an extremely disappointing experience with OpenPhone. The product is very bad, and the support is even worse. We relied heavily on the notes we made on every contact, but when we needed to export the notes, we were told by their support that it wasn't possible. This was shocking and unacceptable, considering it’s our data. We were told they might offer this feature in the future but couldn't provide our data at present.
This caused us significant difficulties, and the support team was unhelpful and unresponsive, making the whole situation even more frustrating. I do not recommend this product at all. Be prepared for very poor support, late responses, and an overall terrible experience. Avoid OpenPhone if you value your data and need reliable support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
