The team led by Alex was top notch -- they were knowledgeable, professional, and guided us every step of the way. **What do you like best about OpenMoves?** The paid team is competent, professional, and very knowledgeable about their area of expertise. They do a great job in working w/ our budget but at the same time manage our expectations and educating us along the way in a very collaborative manner. They are almost the most affordable in comparison to various other agencies. They are a great partner to consider if your'e a small start up w/ limited budget to spend. **What do you dislike about OpenMoves?** The SEO team is lackluster. The SEO team seems to be run from a completely different group led by another project manager. The experience was underwhelming at best. There were not clear scope, the communications w/ the POC there was always reactive, and the assistant seems to be more knowledgeable than the project lead. Open Moves is a great agency from the ppc perspective, but i think you'd find a better SEO partner elsewhere. **Recommendations to others considering OpenMoves:** The paid team is great, would not recommend the SEO service. ### 2.
