A vendor's privacy posture is a critical component to our selection and maintenance of our vendor relationships and Openli provides the insight that is needed in a thoughtful, user friendly way. Openli streamlines the task of reliably collecting, organizing, reviewing, and storing the right documentation per vendor. Without the Openli solution we'd be exposed to a significant drain on our team's resources and forced into a dilemma of either falling behind or spending more of our budget on personnel to maintain the status quo. We've found Openli to be an invaluable tool for our team that helps us efficiently support our business and lets us focus on efforts that drive our business forward rather than getting bogged down in activities that Openly has scaled. **What do you dislike about Openli?** Honestly nothing to dislike, the Openli solution is first class and their team is relentless with the support they provide anytime it is needed. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use of Openli takes the work of compliance and vendor management from a typical one-time check-the-box exercise to providing us with up-to-date actionable information during the entire vendor lifecycle. It is user-friendly and gives a good overview of our vendors' privacy policies, data protection agreements, and related documentation. As a small business, we have a ton of things to do and Openli makes maintaining our vendor management super easy. Onboarding was easy as well. **What do you dislike about Openli?** We are new users to Openli and haven't had any bad experiences. It does what was promised. Though, at some point, we would like to see more features to manage vendors. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the need for handling vendors and keeping DPAs and similar in one place. We need to understand where our data is going when we work with a given tool or system. ### 3. Otherwise, they suggested an acceptable solution to follow in our compliance path. **What do you dislike about Openli?** I would like it if they would also offer more profound legal advice; a one-stop shop for compliance would be great, at least to get all those Transfer Impact Assessments and Data Processing Agreements that are difficult to obtain. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advice on compliance, obtaining Data Processing Agreements, arranging and keeping our vendors information in one place, and finding all information about our vendors’ compliance. ### 4. We are super busy people handling customers and daily operations, and Openli solves the problem of keeping track of our vendors without a lot of work on our side. It's a super time-consuming area which saves us a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Openli?** I don't have any major dislikes at this point. The CS and support team has always been helpful and available when we needed it. We are hoping for a bit more proactive approach from Openlii, a quarterly status, and info on what to do with vendors not responding, but maybe that's because we're getting used to Openli doing the work for us. We are excited to see what kind of features that will be released on the platform in the future. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Openli keeps track of our vendors' GDPR efforts, which we know we have to do but don't have the time to do. We don't want to do it ourselves and it's too expensive to hire internally. And it gives us a place to have an overview of each vendor including DPAs, TIAs and so on. ### 5. But Ryan and Lucy always listen to our suggestions. We are obsessed with GDPR compliance and infosec in general and for us to have a solution that ensures that our vendors live up to our standards and requirements is extremely valuable. The alternative for us would be to engage with much fewer vendors because we wouldn't be able to vet them fast enough. That in turn would mean lost opportunities when we can't use the products we need to run our business efficiently. The support from the CS team is excellent with some very impressive profiles on the team with a great knowledge of the space. **What do you dislike about Openli?** No downsides in my opinion. The Openli team has always been super helpful and the product is always evolving in a useful way for us. Whenever we have ideas for product changes we are always listened to and many times we see the team delivering solutions to our problems. **Recommendations to others considering Openli:** Great product, great team. Not aware of anything nearly as good in the market. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Openli solves the fundamental problem of keeping track of all our vendors from a GDPR and infosec perspective. Having that under control enables us to engage with new vendors while ensuring that we continue to uphold our high standards on infosec/GDPR ### 7. We use it for all vendor management and cookie handling. When it comes to compliance, it's mostly a headache but the Openli platform really eases it up. Our customers also love that we simply share our compliance profile directly with them. I will never consider the larger compliance platforms again. **What do you dislike about Openli?** Nothing really. I would love to be able to share our vendor data with our partners and customers but I trust it's on the roadmap. If you have ideas, their team always listens. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having a hard time keeping track of GDPR-related data for all our vendors, and Openli solved that quite easily - also after Schrems II. Furthermore, it provides a structured overview that we can ask our lawyers to update. ### 8. The team at Openli has kept me up to date with their progress, but rarely do I have to take any action. It is great to see the data processing agreements being handled without a ton of effort. **What do you dislike about Openli?** I think it would be great if I could generate an Article 30 report from within the website. If it is possible to do this, then it would be nice if it was easier to find that option on the website. **What problems is Openli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Openli is constantly updating our data processing information. This provides a level of confidence in our documentation that we did not previously have. ### 9.
