OpenKM is a platform that has matured over the years and has been able to update its look and feel while maintaining and incorporating features that are currently in demand, in addition to offering robust integrations for document flow management, and electronic signature, among others. There are currently endless ECM tools on the market, some of them overpriced. I really suggest that you consider OpennKM since it not only responds to current needs but also has an important background, highly experienced professionals and continuous support. What problems is OpenKM Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The immediate use of the OpenKM platform is precisely content management, which allows documents to be stored in a federated manner in multiple formats and with a viewer or calls to the officce tool that the local team has, with the possibility of blocking documents for editing, encrypt documents and a very useful potential for versioning. On the other hand, it allows you to create a folder tree according to the user's needs and personalized views. Subsequently, it is possible to model processes to develop a parameterized workflow with multiple actors, thus allowing the management of the life cycle of the documents. What do you like best about OpenKM Document Management?
