We recently starting using OpenGov for a municipal government to handle the City-wide budget development, evaluation and adjustments. It's a good system so that all Departments can see each others budgets and they are uploaded/entered in the same formats. If the budget office makes a city-wide change in something all corresponding budgets are updated immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
