The filtering capability of files is very basic. You have to create a lot of tags to filter files. There are lot of freight related standard fields that are missing from filters. Scope of improvement for product to make it more configurable than customized through code. Also, the inbuilt BI dashboard is very basic and can be improved for in-depth BI.
