OpenEMR is very robust and helps with scheduling, billing, client CRM, administration and many other very useful tools if you do not have another CRM or EMR in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary problem I encounter—and I assume everyone else faces it as well—would be that some of the features are occasionally somewhat buggy.
