What problems is OpenElevator solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we implemented this tool, it has allowed us to expand with new branches. Although our office is centralized in the main offices, the selection processes were very precise, and this automated tool allows us to select the most suitable candidates for our requirements based on their skills and profiles. The fact that it allows us to reduce the time of the selection process is a gain; however, this program guarantees us higher performance in the management of our human resources office. The hiring processes have been more efficient, and even the internal nominal movements allow us to promote the most suitable and outstanding employees to new positions. We really like this program; it provides reliability, and the systematization has been unbeatable. We are very satisfied with the performance of OpenElevator. Additionally, it has strengthened us as a work team since, with the time we currently have available, we can dedicate ourselves to other activities. On the other hand, it has increased internal communication between departments, as each manager contributed to the selection of the applicants' profiles to ensure that departmental needs are met.
