What I enjoy most about OpenAsset is the seamless user interface of the site iteself, the software makes content management /organization simple. Users can easily search for project related images by typing in key words / phrases. OpenAsset's software can easily be integrated / implemented into any users daily tasks, as I now find myself relying on the site on a daily basis within my workflow. The ability to catalogue and divide projects & images with tags that relate to the individual projects. It's easy to use and allows you to keep a detailed record of your work. This has been a game changer for using creative assets among various offices and multiple designers. OpenAsset is so simple to use and works seamlessly in InDesign and Illustrator. It is well suited for the AEC industry and has the categories / useability for easy daily functions of Marketing in architecture or engineering fields. I think the distinction of file/photo in the search function is confusing. Some of the back and forth in the searching makes picking individual images from projects tedious. It would be nice to be able to search projects and then select an image with a hover or check box instead of having to open the project and then select an image and go back to the search.
