I have been using this platform for a while now I must say it helps a lot with networking with fellow pen testers and ethical hackers. It is overall a great tool to have your tool tested by pther people.

I am using this platform form past 2 years and it seems to be very useful for beginner’s who wants to try there luck in bug bounty. You can try any bug on any site using Google dorking and submit that bug in this platform. After review the team will thell weather that bug is repeated os Unique. This is also useful for your resume.

Nothing such but sometimes for valid bugs you wont get paid.

It also helps us ( security testers ) to learn and earn bounties for ethically reporting issues.

Notification via e-mail about reported problems.
Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure

**What do you dislike about Open Bug Bounty?**

Can't get a handle on his spam problem in the forum.
Some users have problems with login since the change and are only referred to the email provider.
Very often rejects messages and refers to not being able to reach the site, even though it is reachable, even via vpn from other countries. etc.
Reports of critical gaps like SQL injections are prohibited.

**What problems is Open Bug Bounty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps uncover security vulnerabilities and fix them.
The gaps are first reported to the operator and then made public after a period of time.
If the person concerned has not received an email about the vulnerability, they are out of luck and the vulnerability is published without their knowledge!

This is a great platform that is easy to use and easy to set up a bug bounty program. And the community is vast, we get bug reports every day from all kinds of users. Without this community, we wouldn't be able to find all these vulnerabilities on our websites.

The only downside to this is that user who want to report vulnerability and bugs need to sign in using Twitter. I think this will narrow down the user group since many people don't have Twitter account, therefore, those user won't be able to sign in.

Open Bug Bounty does not allow an account to both be a security researcher and a website owner. In many cases, a person might be both, but Open Bug Bounty does not support this scenario.
