Very easy to use! You can chat with multiple people at the same time. You can have this on your phone or laptop/ desktop. You easily invite your friends and they join for free. It is like Facetime but for all people.. not just iphone users or android, everyone can use this! The connection to the actual server often times freezes. When this happens you cannot see the person on the other line or even hear them.. it can stay frozen for a few minutes. This stinks because it happens at the most random times and without warning too. When it does happen you just have to hang up and call the person back again. Shuts down from time to time which can be frustrating when you are on a time crunch. Works better with a PC instead of a MAC. Connection is worse through wifi.
