The applications freeze on a brand new mac. **What do you dislike about OnVUE?** Launched an exam, everything was green light until...it kept me in the waiting phase "we are launching your exam", which never launched. Online support sent me to Customer service Call, which redirected me to a Ticket number. My exam which have been scheduled and paid, prepared...is cancelled and I'm left alone in my booked training room waiting for an email (date TBD) from the customer success team. I do not recommend. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Couldn't launch at all the exam after all the technical and on call checkup ### 2. It provides the ability to take exams from anywhere, eliminating the need to travel to a test center. This flexibility makes scheduling and taking exams much easier for busy professionals or those in remote areas. **What do you dislike about OnVUE?** It sometimes becomes chaotic with the technical issues at Pearson VUE. Internet connectivity problems, webcam issues, or system crashes can disrupt the exam, sometimes leading to rescheduling. Also at times it seems to raise privacy concerns. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's been able to solve problems related to traditional in-person testing, particularly around accessibility, convenience, and efficiency. It provides the scheduling flexibility. It fosters cost and time efficiency with a benefit to access the results immediately. ### 3. It was easy to use and didn't cause any difficulty. Once, I also needed customer support as I couldn't log in, and they were helpful, too. **What do you dislike about OnVUE?** I am a UI/UX person so I suggest that UI/UX needs improvement in multiple areas, I can't specify as its a long time ago, but I still remember that UI/UX wasn't that smooth or great. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped my to give onlice certification exams from home by providing proctoring service to the examiner party. It solver the users problem to take out time and go the exam center at same time also solve the examiner problem of keeping an eye on cheating and all. ### 4. It takes a lot of the unnecessary in between when taking exams. ### 6. This is my third experience with On Vue and the second HORRIBLE experience I have had with a rude proctor. There is nothing in the instructions about not being able to move closer to your screen to see. He almost kicked me out of the exam because I was leaning in closer to my screen to see. I couldn't move my head to see other parts of my large screen. I couldn't move my head to press next. I couldn't move my head to press check for review. I couldn't my head to see how much time I had left. The proctor made the experience very stressful, and this is already a stressful experience, in which we have invested hundreds of dollars and hours in review and preparation. Half way through my exam, I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to be done and away from that man. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** NONE ### 11. Software is outdated, clunkly, extremely hard to find support number, etc. **What do you dislike about OnVUE?** Cannot use with a Mac, period. Customer service, if you can ever find the phone number, says they don't provide technical support and are unaware of any issues for Mac users. No help from anyone on topic. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was supposed to help me achieve a certification. ### 13. Drag and drop is very laggy on a Mac, almost unusable. Network connection testing method is flawed and will fail on a higher latency connection despite meeting the bandwidth requirements. This software has wasted enough of my time that I refuse to purchase or support services that use Pearson Vue to deliver testing. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** University requires use of OnVue to take CompTIA exams. ### 14. I am glad this is not the only platform available. **What do you dislike about OnVUE?** Everything. From the support to the application, which is very complicated. The amount of data required and the tedious configuration process. **What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was attempting to get a certification but I was unable to because the proctors are constantly reminding you that not looking DIRECTLY into the webcam is a violation of their policies. ### 15.
