What do you like best about OnVUE?

Nothing. Software is outdated, clunkly, extremely hard to find support number, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnVUE?

Cannot use with a Mac, period. Customer service, if you can ever find the phone number, says they don't provide technical support and are unaware of any issues for Mac users. No help from anyone on topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnVUE?

Modern looking interface with a good color scheme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnVUE?

Testing platform is incredibly buggy with terrible UI. Drag and drop is very laggy on a Mac, almost unusable. Network connection testing method is flawed and will fail on a higher latency connection despite meeting the bandwidth requirements. This software has wasted enough of my time that I refuse to purchase or support services that use Pearson Vue to deliver testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnVUE?

That there are alternatives. I am glad this is not the only platform available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnVUE?

Everything. From the support to the application, which is very complicated. The amount of data required and the tedious configuration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was attempting to get a certification but I was unable to because the proctors are constantly reminding you that not looking DIRECTLY into the webcam is a violation of their policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnVUE?

It is professionally structured and exam invigilators (at least the few that i had) were very resourceful when it came to assisting in anyway possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnVUE?

It is hard to say what I dislike about OnVue, but if I had to find something it would be that for some finding the correct section for what you are trying to do may be a bit difficult. Not impossible but it does require you to stop for a second and make sure you are going to the right section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnVue has helped me with my test taking anxiety and helped me to realize that test are more straight forward than you believe (Must also be prepared for the test). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
