OnSpring has been a game-changer for us! The platform is super customizable, which means we can tweak everything to fit our unique needs without having to rely on IT. Their training options are fantastic—whether it’s the hands-on classes or the handy on-demand videos, we felt well-prepared to dive in. Plus, the customer support is top-notch; we have a dedicated rep who’s always there to help us out whenever we hit a snag. There are a few bugs in recalculating forecasted and/or delivered savings when adusting input dates. It is important to us to have these fixed for a smoother user experience. It would also be highly benifical if Onspring could link to other systems such as Ariba as this is currently the biggest downside to Onspring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
