The security review was done promptly and as fast as could be expected. It was comprehensive in scope, covering every imaginable aspect. The testers considered the unique challenges posed by our system and verified all obvious and less obvious attack vectors. We are confident that our system is in a good place security-wise, since the review was thorough. The booking, re-testing, and administrative processes were painless. Small things: it would be good to be able to enlrage the comments section of the pen test screen and maybe to add a custom integration so we could see the comments in our internal chat system (not Slack). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trusted: They're CREST approved, so you know you're in safe hands.
Simple online booking: Instant quotes, easy to book and pay. No drawn out sales calls.
Friendly folks: Talking with the testers was a breeze.
Solid testing: Felt like they worked through all of the targets systematically as I could see them in our logs.
Clear Reports: Got a detailed report with clear fixes for any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major, the portal can be a little confusing between payments, scheduled tests and real tests but nothing that can't be figured out with a bit of persistence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The experience that onsecurity has created goes beyond normal pen testing expectations. Having a managed web interface through which all aspects of the setup, booking, testing and retesting of the pen test can be managed is a paradigm shift in the management of pen testing. Before using onsecurity, pen testing was a laborious process from a management perspective and required a lot of time and effort from our staff. And that's just project managing the pen test, not even the test itself. Now we book a test through the web app, upload all the details of the test target and what we want to be tested, and just wait for the results and findings to start coming in. Communication with the pen tester is also seamless and handled by the app, so we can fix findings and have then retested as they are found. This avoids a lengthy retesting process after the testing and improves the overall accuracy of the final report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not come across any downsides so far. Thankfully onsecurity are always happy to receive feedback from us and constantly improving the product to make things even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought the app and design of the app was really easy to navigate and use. The notification emails on a regular basis meant it was easy for me to know when an update had happeneed and by clicking the link taking me straight into the report and feedback. Really slick and well thought out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pen test overall are not cheap I think the model invoices in hours to test the app. I feel it does make you question how long is actually spent on testing the app. Only reason being you seemed to get flurries of activites which would indicate when someone had tested the site. Potential solution would be to drip feed the notifcations back to customer, I feel with that approach I would have less doubt if the test was being carried out for the full 56 hours. Using OnSecurity's portal to track live updates made rectifying changes simple and easy to deliver. The OnSecurity team was responsive and contactable at all times, ready to provide advice and support where required. Deliverables were provided when expected and with total transparency. Nothing to note. I would 100% use OnSecurity again, and would recommend to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with OnSecurity, but the key standout was the ease of use and process.
Very efficient start and set-up (no unnecessary forms, just a few questions answered over email and OnSecurity took care of the rest).
The testing process was clear, and they gave very easy-to-follow instructions to complete the pre-testing tasks.
Most importantly, testing was done without impacting business ops and assets. The whole process just worked and wasn't a burden on us.
Their report demonstrating findings was concise and easy to understand for non-technical people. Remediations and recommendations were also clear, making it easy for our dev team to action. Getting security issues re-tested was simple and quick.
In terms of price, they are very flexible and reasonable.
Generally really efficient, and overall a really good experience. Would happily recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing material that comes to mind. Some snags with getting our accounts set up, but those were very quickly resolved. The entire team is attentive and responsive to issues raised. Their pen testing service does exactly what it says on the tin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently used the penetration test services from On Security, and I was highly impressed with the results.
Their team of experts who performed the test were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and they provided me with a detailed report of their findings.
The report was very well-written, with clear explanations of the vulnerabilities they found and practical recommendations for how to fix them.
The team also provided ongoing support to help us implement the recommendations and improve my organisation's security posture.
What I appreciated most about this penetration test service was the level of transparency and communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way, and I always felt I clearly understood what was happening.
I highly recommend this penetration test service to anyone looking to improve their organization's security.
With their expertise and commitment to excellence, they are sure to provide you with the insights and recommendations you need to keep your digital assets safe and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very little. The service is speedy, cost-effective and produces good reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is very good. They have provided advice on technical support outside of the service that we had purchased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I'm not sure what to answer here. Their service is very good and their pricing is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everybody I worked with at OnSecurity were exceptionally helpful and really assisted us in delivering against our PEN testing requirements for the business. The portal was also really useful and great to be able to provision roles based access to certain reports based on a company hierarchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really can't fault the organisation or the people - there were no issues with the organisation or services provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nice report. Good platform to keep all the communication at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the latest round i was under the impression that for one of our platform they will do authenticated testing. However, I was told in the middle of the testing that it will be unauth. Any way it went fine.
Also, their policy of retesting within 7 days is not enough time to fix some of the security issues. I think they should provide more time like 90 days to fix and do 1 re-test per vulnerability free to re test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
