The user experience is fantastic. Our community loves their digital companion and ONR delivers on using technology to create a modern experience living in a community. We love the communications, amenity reservations, virtual concierge and eVoting. Our management team seems on top of service requests since implementing ONR. We no longer have Facebook groups and management issues surveys all the time to keep the pulse on Owners and Residents. Bravo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The early versions chat didn't work as expected, but now works better than social media. Don't have a valet module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
