What do you like best about OnPage?

The integration into connectwise. This is the biggest requirement. Was super easy!

The app needs a facelift. It feels a little out dated.

What do you like best about OnPage?

We use OnPage in our ticketing system to alert us to customer's calls that require urgent attention. OnPage seamlessly integrates with the ticketing system and provides us instant notification of urgent situations.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

We have no negative comments regarding OnPage. Great app.

Use OnPage if you need alerts of any kind. They are efficient and effective. Great app.

OnPage provides us with urgent notifications of issues that could be devastating to our mission in a very fast manner. With OnPage, we have increased our response times to emergencies to minutes instead of hours.

"Never miss an important alert"

What do you like best about OnPage?

Simple interface that does its job well. Alerts that aren't acknowledged continue to nag, making it even harder to miss alerts and in my case my boss knows I didn't respond to an alert in a timely fashion if I get a second nag alert.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I would love to see integration with smart watches for alerts, so I can be notified without a blaring alarm that wakes up an angry wife at 3am.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to react to alerts about client issues and working on/fixing the issue before the client is aware of them makes us look good.

"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about OnPage?

The best thing about this is the different ways you can configure the line of paging. Being able to do a rotating on-call schedule with backups in place helps tremendously.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

One thing i dislike is the volume feature. I have to have my phones volume on or the page won't be on. I wish that was a separate setting we could utilize.

Recommendations to others considering OnPage:

Simple solution that does exactly what we need it to do. If you have a rotating on-call, i would recommend checking them out.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We rotate on-call responsibilities between 3 people. One person is on-call one month and then the other two are backups. So if the main person misses the page it will roll to the next person and so on. We do IT work so its pretty critical as far as off hours paging goes.

"Loud and on repeat"

What do you like best about OnPage?

I’m a heavy sleeper and sometimes I don’t notice or hear my normal notifications when I get paged. But with OnPage, I get notified immediately, it very loud and it repeats itself. Since I have had OnPage, I have not missed a single pager.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

The sound is very high pitched and it’s bit scary waking up to. Maybe there could be other sounds we can choose from.

Recommendations to others considering OnPage:

I use it every day and it’s the best pager out there.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for an IT company as a Service Engineer so I usually work overnight and I’m always on call. Since OnPage, I have not missed a single pager. My customer are happy and so is my supervisors. I am able to get notified when I get dispatched for a ticket.

What do you like best about OnPage?

OnPage makes it easy for all my technicians to get real time alerts. This has helped drive down the time it takes to respond to issues.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

OnPage does exactly what we want it to. I don't have any real downsides.

What do you like best about OnPage?

The service is easy to use, and makes it easy to alert on call staff as needed.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

We have a few people, who have had issues with the iOS version of OnPage, I believe those have been cleared up however.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onpage has impacted our HA systems in a positive way. We are able to reach out to the on call staff member immediately, following a system or hardware issue. Conversations are tracked, and reads are a great way to see who has read the message or not. The benefits that we have incurred are endless.

"Easy to use, reliable"

What do you like best about OnPage?

OnPage seemingly has almost instant send/recieve/respond abilities and the requests and timestamps are viewable.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

OnPage does lack easy cCustomization for page routing, for example; when attempting to set up sending a page through the app AND text AND email, or any combination of the 3 takes multiple test tries to get perfect.

Its fast, reliable, and enables the ability to attack issues in realtime.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to send page requests and get realtime response and hands-on support right away lessing te duration of issues encountered this pleasing the end users and consumers with limited downtime.
