"Excellent Support"

What do you like best about OnPage?

In a world where good support gets harder and harder to find this has been a breath of fresh air to have a support technician follow up and take care of us. Not to mention how well the software works just in general.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

There is nothing I dislike...its very good software.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

My techs werent answering phones when on call but this alert system has solved that for us.

"Works really well"

What do you like best about OnPage?

I really like how the OnPage app works. It allows us to receive our alerts in a timely fashion so that we can provide our customers with the best support possible.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

At this time I do not have any dislike for the application.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving slow notifications via normal traditional text/email based workflows.

"Perfect Paging App for my phone"

What do you like best about OnPage?

I need a paging app that can wake me up at night when I am on-call. It needs to have settings that allow it to keep sounding the pager alarm until I acknowledge the page and this app does it perfectly for my needs.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

Would like to be able to archive old pages instead of simply deleting them.

Recommendations to others considering OnPage:

If you want secure, HIPAA compliant, persistent message delivery and an app that works like a pager, this is your product.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am part of a 3-person 24x5 team. When weekends come, we need to be able to be paged for critical issues and then manage response teams. Also, during normal working hours when we are in meetings or otherwise involved with something that takes our eyes off our monitoring systems, the pager lets us know when critical issues arise and we can quickly address them. Since we are tied to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on response time, we need the pager app to be timely in message delivery. OnPage is always timely and secure.

Being Immediately informed of critical issues 24/7.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

No complaints so far, support has been great with any issues I’ve had so far.

"Works well for on-call field support."

What do you like best about OnPage?

I appreciated the speed at which pages came through, and the ability to partially customize alert tones.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I'm not sure that there is much that I dislike about OnPage. It was highly effective, and did what it was intended to do - notify me when critical service requests came in. I guess my only complaint would be that at the time we used it, it could not override the mute/DND feature on iPhone, but I understand that that has been updated now - though I have no experience with this now.

the stability of the service and the simplicity in configuring and operating of Alerting

the design is a bit older but I wouldn't say not like it

there is no more to say very good service very helpful - we are a very satisfied customer

We were able to close the service gap between alert and event management of systems and the availability 24x7 of our support staff.

"Great service"

What do you like best about OnPage?

Alerts me when needed. I have never had a missed a page.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

Lack of sleep when on call. Getting paged for tickets that have already been resolved and closed. This issue is being investigated.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers are taken care of when needed.

"ONPage always work as intended, that is why I rely on it in my every day work."

What do you like best about OnPage?

The best thing I like about onpage is that it is going its job well, and that means that I can rest assured that using OnPage my client can get a hold of me in fast and reliable fashion.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I dislike the sound it makes, maybe design can be restructured, and the end of the day it is all subjective.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

One main benefit-you can be reached directly or indirectly at the time you needed the most and it is very important.

"Great App"

What do you like best about OnPage?

Able to adjust alert modes and turn off the pager as well if need be.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I wish there was a setting to change the notification going full screen on my phone.

What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our company to instantly be alerted of our clients in an emergency situation and alerts everyone who is signed into the app. Allows for great response time which keeps our customers happy!
