I am also confident that my race or nationality would not cause any issue or bias because potential clients are fully aware that they are posting jobs for the Filipino VA aspirants. The interface is quite easy to navigate as well. There are helpful links to tools that aspirants can use to polish their profiles, like links to free IQ tests, personality tests etc **What do you dislike about OnlineJobs.ph?** I wish there was a way to avoid having to repeat the verification process on the account when we change profile pictures. I would understand if it requires it if the changes in appearance is drastic, but of Portaits that is usually used in profile pics, i would appreciate if an AI assessed if the new photo is the same person, and not require re-validation. **What problems is OnlineJobs.ph solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnlineJobs.ph elimates the problem of having to compete with a wide selection of applicants from all over the world since it is exclusive to Filipino VA aspirants and remote workers. ### 2. It had a simpler look and interface that's not overwhelming to look at for job seekers and employers alike. As a jobhunter, It provided all the tools necessary for me to create a detailed work profile and portfolio -- IQ Tests, Language Tests, and links to articles on how to become a successful virtual worker, etc... for no extra charge. GREAT STUFF! Prospective clients and hires can easily communicate without exiting the platform through their built-in messaging platform. Invoicing and payments can also be done directly from OLJ, with partnerships with payment providers like Payoneer, which makes it easy to both client and contractor to manage payroll without paying for another standalone payroll service. **What do you dislike about OnlineJobs.ph?** It's not a major flaw, but it could be improved : The profile verification took a long time for me. I waited for 5 days before my credentials got checked and verified. **What problems is OnlineJobs.ph solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a platform that provides a pairing service for prospective clients (Worldwide) and jobseekers from the Philippines. ### 3.
