The website does a good job showing casing their alleged services. **What do you dislike about Online Book Writers?** The service was poor. It is running more than 4 months late. They don't answer emails or phone calls and they won't give me my money back. It was OK at first but now it looks like they are about to go out of business. However, we only used some of their revision services in proof reading. I was helped my Joan who is an expert in the book publishing industry for over 15 years and was able to provide not only knowledge but wisdom that only comes with over a decade of experience. **What do you like best about Online Book Writers?** The time and quality of the service, all the workers and people seem highly vetted to offer a quality service for a very affordable price for such great native writers. **What do you dislike about Online Book Writers?** I did dislike how it takes a ladder of roles to get customer support, it is a small business and sometimes it feels like I'm needed to transfer and transfer. But once I"m connected, I'm able to contact them directly asap, which isn't a huge issue.
