I personally enjoy how customizable OneTrust is when tailoring it to the needs of your organization and how thier UI makes it simple navigate between different modules. The platform itself has a ton of resources to answer any questions that you have when it comes to implementation and troubleshooting which really helps when starting newer projects by having that guidence there for support to make things easier to integrate into your project needs. The only downside I have about the product is the fact that in many cases when generating reports, the reports really seem to lack depth when it comes to showcasing the full scope of your project and the platform itself doesn't often allow much room to customize report to display the intended data that was collected. Onetrust GRC is No. One in ease of use. Best part is that it help in frequent audit trials as I am in a Pharma company so audits are anytime. Many features like security check for vendors, management of vendor, IT security etc are all in one place. Safety of vulnarable data. This software is used regularly for Quality assurance and security assurance purpose. Its implementation is also easy & can be integarted with other software to meet the compliance requirment of company.

I like the best in OneTrust GRC and Security Assurance Cloud , it is cloud-based platform ,integrated solution which gives us complete view of organization's GRC and security paosture and it is scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment since onetrust acquired tugboat. As a customer who has been using this product for some time now, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and feature delivery.

Firstly, I have noticed that the company seems to be focusing more on merging into onetrust than actually delivering value to their customers. This has resulted in fewer features being delivered to the customers. As a result, I have noticed a decrease in the relevance and effectiveness of the product in meeting my needs.

Secondly, the support experience has been extremely poor since the company switched to a separate support portal. It has become increasingly difficult to get in touch with the support team, it is also a separate account that is not the same.

Furthermore, I was recently assigned a new account manager without being informed, and I have not heard from them since the change which was a couple of months ago. This lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable and has further added to my frustration with the product.

In addition, I have observed a fundamental flaw in the Google Workspace integration to automatically import users into groups. It seems that the team responsible for this integration does not fully understand the difference between a directory OU and a group as it can only sync the directory OU belonging of users. Although the system allows for syncing users from Google workspace to groups within the system, this is not a feasible solution as users can only belong to one OU in google workspace (and active directory for that mater) while they can belong to multiple groups in the system. This feature works fine for azure ad and okta but not for google workspace.

Besides this the UX experience of the product is very bad, you get lost all the time if you are not a product expert.

Overall, I was once confident in the relevant features that were being delivered by this product. However, the recent changes have left me disappointed and questioning the value of continuing to use this product. I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to address these issues and focus more on delivering value to their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
