It needs to facilitate the identification of trends. My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. The implementation cost for our small scale setup is relatively high it proves to be a useless investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our ONESOURCE Indirect Determination product has a SaaS option (built in the cloud) that doesn't require updates and patches, but sometimes that's not the best solution for every customer.
