It needs to facilitate the identification of trends. My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. If you're open for a quick call, I'd like to understand more about your ERP, integration, and implementation partner and experience. Our ONESOURCE Indirect Determination product has a SaaS option (built in the cloud) that doesn't require updates and patches, but sometimes that's not the best solution for every customer.
