What do you like best about OneSignal?

It just works, at scale.

The product offering is unique: most of these features would take an entire internal engineering team to do, and it's even harder to do it well.

Integrated experience across mobile push (core-tech), SMS, email, and in-app messaging. Having all these features centralized, and easy to use for non-technical people is powerful.

Out-of-the-box customer segmentation and targeting is awesome.

Messaging is useful functionally and opertionally, not just for marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSignal?

I don't have complaints currently. We recently signed an enterprise contract with them and are super happy customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to much more effectively communicate with our users. We initially used OneSignal just for push notifications. But we quickly discovered in-app messaging, which we now use often. We're in the process of moving our SMS and email too from other existing tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
