The best feature is the automated data removal and continuous data monitoring feature. Once, we had a case where sensitive employee details popped up on data broker sites. This feature helped remove it without us needing to go through each site, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support response time could be faster. When there’s an urgent issue, waiting for a reply can be stressful. A quicker support option would make a big difference. An area to improve is the notifications system—it could be more detailed. Sometimes we just see “in progress,” which doesn’t tell us much. A timeline of steps might be helpful.
