**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

With onelogin we are able to connect cloud apps and our own apps in a simple and easy way. Together with the professional support of onelogin we can connect easily the most apps we have and with some support from professional onelogin service provider we can also connect our SAP and specific apps.
We then used the onelogin API to develop a customer specific authentication which was quit easy and fast forward.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

In some cases we have trouble with the office 365 connector which should be improved by onelogin. The integration of 3rd Party 2nd factor authentication should be easier than today.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Try onelogin and you will be satisfied about the possibilities

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use onelogin to:
- connect cloud apps like Jira, Confluence
- on premise solutions based on Hybris, SAP
- we connect onelogin to SAP PO Layer to get customer data
- integration of enterprise user with the active directory connector

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

its very easy and simple to use very secure platform, Different type of applications can be integrated easily,
Support response very good. GUI is very attractive. AD synchronization is fantastic. 
New Application setup guides,documentation and articles are very easy to understand very helpful.
different connectors available provides the freedom to add different applications in one login.
Reporting is quite simple and helpful.

Some connectors don't have required options . Reporting needs to be explored and more options should be available.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

its very simple,secure, and easy to implement. User administration is very easy.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated all our sox apps in one login so its quite easy to manage access management now.
Wecan have different policies as required to manage different set of users, IP based restriction is very useful for us. 2-factor authentication is easy to use manage. Performance is quite good and its reliable and secure.

The ability to log in easily to all of the different software that I need access to on a daily basis in order to do my job. This saves me a ton of time and helps me to not have to remember 20 different passwords on a regular basis.

Nothing. This is a great resource for users within an organization. 

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Absolutely consider this product. Makes a world of difference for logging into multiple applications. 

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to log in quickly and easily to all of the different platforms that I need to interact with. Saves me a ton of time with not having to remember multiple passwords and having a one stop shop for all my applications. I also use onelogin to be able to remote login to my work applications from home. It's super easy and easy to authenticate from home using a one time password that goes through my cell phone.

customer support is quick to respond. OneLogin connects my engineers with their engineers to work out solutions. Feature enhancements are encouraged, and it's nice to see they take customer comments and suggestions seriously. I never feel like i'm being neglected or relegated to a queue

sometimes OneLogin seems to be playing catch-up to other established players.

OneLogin is critical to out user lifecycle management by providing a single point for managing access to company systems.  Automated provisioning based on user attribute mappings speeds onboarding and eliminates mistakes.

Best thing is that it’s covering all the apps
Easy integration, and support is good they will help you to integrate the new apps.
Ip whitelisting is also good thing, we can restrict the one login access with particular if, fingerprinting is Also there

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

It would be critical to have a good password, one that is very hard to crack. With the reduction of accounts, particularly the fact that SSO is in play, it’ll be easier to find and hack accounts. Once the SSO account is hacked, all others under that authentication are hacked as well.

This is a good product you guys should go with it.

It’s minimise the password forget,reset query getting from end users, you can easily access the apps with single password , no multiple passwords need to remember.

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin empowers us to make fast dispatch URL's for GSuite facilitated administrations like Google Forms with the goal that guardians are required to enter their school username and secret phrase to open and finish the structure, not their own Gmail accounts. OneLogin gives the capacity to our help groups to assume users with obligatory reporting why the assuming has occurred. This outcomes in a total review history for consistence.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

There are a number of cons for using OneLogin but the most highlighted cons are the inability to work seamlessly through a cellphone, powerlessness to make an "alternate way" through the internet browser. Furthermore, a few features are somewhat inconvenient or missing altogether and the entire solution is extremely costly which is difficult to justify.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple combination with different registry arrangements: This permits to rapidly arrange a quick planning of clients with no password change, regardless of whether they are overseen in Active Directory, OpenLDAP or G-Suite. Also, the APIs offered permit to oversee clients and clients ascribes and permit to have greater adaptability to arrangement information to and from the stage.

Great browser integration via plugins allow you to open apps directly from you browser tool bar.
The OneLogin MFA app for your phone is nice too - no typing in numbers, just a simple Accept/Deny notification that you can click on - very slick! 

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

We've had a few occasions where OneLogin stopped working for us - this is partly due to OneLogin relying on our Google account as an identity provider when perhaps it would be better to work the other way around (have Google use OneLogin as an identity provider).

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple AWS accounts with many users. OneLogin allows us to easily manage their access to our AWS accounts.

They have a nice User Interface and lots of applications.

Really poor customer service practices. Took a week to get a response to a ticket. When asked about this no accountability was taken but rather blame passed on repeatedly.

Where OneLogin shines to me is the support a customer gets.  Between our account managers and the excellent support staff we have felt they were more like an extension of our own company which greatly improves our performance.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

At times the tools can be a bit tricky to pick up and additional training materials would be of help, however once you have built a few connections it’s pretty streamlined.

By using OneLogin we have been able to place many of our applications behind a secure environment which now allows for MFA in addition to other controls OneLogin provides, ensuring a high level of security for SAS systems.

The system is generally pretty user friendly and easy to administer. We use it for all corporate applications and have gotten very positive feedback from users on the intuitive UI.

The capabilities around building custom/personal tiles could be improved.

Its new Privileges API is promising for the custom Access of the product. 
Desktop SSO is also one of the amazing Feature.

UI customization according to the application or internal process need e.g: Login page should have Feature to integrate css or html etc

Its a fastest growing cloud based IAM/CIAM, should be considered in evaluation in any case.

The whole identity Access Management of our customers are managed by Onelogin. We are utilizing its combination of MFA and Desktop SSO Features to get one more level of security.

I am able to log into and access multiple programs from one place. Very user friendly and visually appealing

this is such a simple straightforward tool that is 100% helpful with no problems.

I use OneLogin for my telecommute. I use multiple programs and platforms each day. One login simplifies accessing all of these programs by allowing me to log into all of them from one place.

I am really a big fan of how OneLogin allows you too condense all your apps into one dashboard. Makes it a lot easier than remembering multiple passwords.

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin just works. And when it doesn't the support team makes it so it does.We had to set up several internal applications not currently offered by OneLogin and the support team was great. We gave them the requirements and in a matter of days they were able to build a SAMl app for both our CreditScope and RockChat system system. Although we have not had too many issues, the support team has been excellent in providing timely fixes and solutions to our problems. I also love that as an admin I can make seem-less changes to roles and policies without user interaction.  

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I think the activity and events viewer could be better. Also some personalization on the apps page would be useful. We also don't love the frequently used apps and would love a way to turn that off. 

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

We love oneLogin. We looked into other SAML and SSO providers but found OneLogin to offer everything we needed for a good price. 

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently put all of out applications behind OneLogin. We utilize it for MFA as well. We will not consider a service or app if it cannot integrate with Onelogin. If we do find a service that we want to use, we typically work with OneLogin to make sure it is SAML and SSO ready before deploying to our firm. We recently Integrated  RocketChat as our internal chat solution and worked with OneLogin to build that SSO integration.

Easy to use , and it allows everything to be on one page. I also appreciate how fast it took for the admin to set up access for OneLogin to have all the necessary applications for onboarding the role. 

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I think OneLogin can be improved by having a mobile app on phone. I also think it can be integrated more into our corporate applications.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use OneLogin here for easy access and set up to all the different applications used or required for the job. We also use it as a directory / portal to have all our applications on one page.

Clean administrative UI and is very straight forward (most of the time) to create SSO connectors for your applications.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Cannot copy a pre-existing app so you will have to manually create a new app with the same settings if you were to create a similar tile.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin is our Single Sign On solution which creates a good user experience for users.

I love this software because it allows me to protect all of my private data.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The login process becomes more difficult with the different levels of authentication.

This is a great service that allows you to protect all of your important data. It provides easy access and is easy to integrate across multiple platforms. The fact that you can use your phone to access OneLogin makes it easy to login to all of your accounts on the go.

It is easier than ever for me to protect my data.

This is a very good solution after implement this none of user have to remember the URL of each application and their password. now they login in One Login Portal and access the required application from there.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Reporting part should be a little better and India presence is also needed in terms of Support and re-seller.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single hand Manage and also if any user left the organization we need to disable on each application before one login implement, now we can disable AD account and all application access revoke.

Inconsistent verbiage in UI. For example, when users are deactivated, we can deactivate their accounts and unlicense them, but some areas use a status of suspended. While it appears that that means that deactivated = suspended, that verbiage should be consistent throughout.

It's made provisioning accounts and applications in our SaaS environment very easy to deploy and has helped to ramp up efficiencies within our operation.

Tying our identity management in to one source for single sign on with added protection, such as multi-factor authentication when necessary was essential.  We're better protected with fewer issues to support when it comes to signing in to the various applications and systems that we have integrated.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Not much to dislike, however we did find that we have to supplemented some of our users who did not have smart phones or didn't wish to install an app and didn't want to use a phone call for their multi-factor.  An SMS option was their preference.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

We've worked with OneLogin and they've grown since our initial implementation. Despite growth, they have taken the time to listen to us as a customer and to work on things that the customers have identified as needs.  There are still some areas we could benefit from, but having companies listen to the user's voice and work towards a better, more comprehensive solution is an outstanding thing to see.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefits are the ability to use this as a single source of truth for authentication.  No more application/system specific passwords.  We take advantage of the seamless Desktop single sign on from trusted locations and we've implemented MFA for our users, adding a layer of protection that has made a serious impact in preventing users from compromising passwords and accessing our mail accounts.

It has best test connector that can be used to on board good bunch of apps to Onelogin. 
It has predefined app catalog that helps users to add applications to SAML. Onelogin provides secure access to all the cloud and inhouse apps that are both house owned and vendor managed. OneLogin Protect MFA, Adaptive Authentication, AWS, Workday, simplified user view, Concur and integrations worked seamlessly.

It has a simple interface that is easy to use. Also, the ability to incorporation MFA into the solution easily is definitely a plus. MFA has saved us from being attached multiple times. The development tools that help application developers to add SAML capability to their apps have been very useful as well. It integrates well with our on premise Active Directory infrastructure. 

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The interface to Microsoft AzureAD needs a little work. We have been able to get it to work in our environment, but it takes more effort than we would like. OneLogin has been very responsive in supporting us with this. This is not all OneLogin's fault. Microsoft doesn't always play well with others.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use OneLogin to give us a common easy login interface to all of our cloud applications. We have had great success with implementing MFA as well.

Single login for all of your company apps. It is great. The onelogin landing page that shows me everything I can sign into is a go-to for me, especially the apps you use few and far between (like healthcare) but really need to find it at some point!

Nothing in particular, for what I use onelogin for, it's been great.

Really good for any big corporation. On the smaller scale I'm not sure OneLogin would be worth it. As an end user, it's a great experience.

When it comes to IaaS/SSO, OneLogin just works. It is very rare that we run into problems with OneLogin. We love that users don't have to keep track of so many passwords. This reduces log in issues and related tickets to our IT staff.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

We would like to see the app catalog expanded. Also, the administration interface is a little clunky. For example, I can't easily see a list of users in a particular role, or at least it isn't obvious to me. Instead, I have to type in a user name to check if they are in said role instead of just seeing a list.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Depending on how many app/systems your users have access to, it may be a big effort in getting them all hooked into OneLogin. This would be true for anyone switching to an SSO for the first time.

Log in fatigue is significantly reduced. Users like that they don't have to keep track of so many different password.

We are using OneLogin as a single sign-on provider for the past two years and the experience so far is great. We are also using OneLogin as a portal to access different SaaS applications which are making our employee onboarding and off-boarding process pretty simple and smooth.

The user experience of OneLogin is not so great. Some of UI/UXs are confusing and administrator realized it only which a complaint is logged by users.

For a big organization which uses multiple SaaS services, it is a handy tool for employee easy onboarding and off-boarding.

OneLogin puts everything company-related into one spot. I don't have to try to remember 14 different passwords for 14 different sites to see what I need when I need it. We house our training, pay information, benefit information, reimbursements, and more in OneLogin and it couldn't be easier to use.

There really isn't anything to dislike. There haven't been any times that the system didn't work or I was logged out for no reason. I haven't had any troubles using OneLogin since it became part of our system.

I highly suggest it. It's convenience factor is A+

Employees can often have trouble finding information in regards to pay or benefits on company HR websites, OneLogin makes it easy and convenient to find all of that in one place. I love that OneLogin is accessible on both my desktop and my phone. I love that I can sign in and have access to all of the program that my company uses. Its really nice to not have to go to my web browser and have to search for each individual website.  Ican go to OneLogin and find everything there. It's very convenient! 

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I don't like that I have to go to my phone every time I log in and type in an access code. I understand that its a security measure, but it is really annoying especially since I mainly work from home and nobody is on my computer but me. Als o I feel that the interface is not very user friendly. As of now it is very simple and at firt look I can not tell what programs are on the interface because it does not give me much information. For example there are program that's my company uses often but for those that are not used as often it would be nice to see a description on each program or for it to pop up when I hover over the program. Not a major issue, but i could be helpful!

Great for time efficiency!  Easily allows me to access many different programs with easy access.
