## About OneLogin
OneLogin simplifies identity management with secure, one-click access, for employees, customers and partners, through all device types, to all enterprise cloud and on-premises applications. OneLogin enables IT identity policy enforcement and instantly disables app access for employees who leave or change roles in real-time by removing them from Active Directory. Take control over application access, quickly on- and off-board team members, and provide end-users with easy access to all their applications on every device. Extend your on-premises security model to the cloud in minutes. Eliminate the pain and expense of extensive identity policy management. ## OneLogin Reviews
  ### 1. A simple SSO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

It is super simple - and since it is an SSO, i dont need to remember multiple passwords

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

None so far. Have had a good experience.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of remembering multiple passwords for multiple logins.

  ### 2. An all in one solution for signing into applications.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory M. | Data Migration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like the ability to go to one source to access all of the applications that I use daily. I can simply login in with one credential and have access to countless tools that I use for work daily.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The desktop agent is a feature that I am not really a fan of having. I don't particularly appreciate that it controls the login for accessing a device, such as my MacBook. When we changed over to a different provider, it locked me out of my machine, and I needed to be reauthenticated to use it again.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

If you are looking for a solution to house all of your daily applications under one roof, OneLogin will complete that task.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is creating a solution for holding multiple applications under the same login. You can simply log in to OneLogin, and then just click on the application you are using.

  ### 3. Good Product But Needs Some Attention

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

It works awesome! Users are authenticating through RADIUS with MFA to establish VPN tunnels.
Active Directory sync is almost instant and works great.
Tiles within the app work great for the most part.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

No user password notification sent to users. Users do not receive notification that their password is close to expiring or expired.
When they do not receive a notification, they will try to reset through active directory. When they reset through AD it does not replicate or reset the user password change counter in OneLogin.
Some of the tiles in the OneLogin app break or stop working on the site trying to access. We have to edit the tile and copy the password in order to gain access to site.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Easy to setup. Do not pay for the silver setup package. Pretty useless as it is a third party and not OneLogin employees.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementation of MFA when establishing VPN access to our organization.
Better password complexity and enforcement through OneLogin than Active directory.

  ### 4. OneLogin Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John V. | Sales executive & web developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin is a life-changing tool for many people! Before onboarding to OneLogin , everyday , every morning coming to work, when opening my laptop I needed more than 10 mins logging in manually in the apps that i need to work with, not to menthion remembering milion different passwords. When initially setting up one login i added once ! all of my websites , tools and apps, and logged in once! Now, whenever i need to login somewhere OneLogin does it automatically for me! On the other side , when loggin in in your onelogin profile it has an option to add 2 factor authentication method which u can choose from either sms or their mobile app which works like a charm. Been using Onelogin for more than a year now and must say wont be switching to anything similar to this tool , if you are not a user already i highly recommend it !Also it supports many different languages to set your profile on,with english being the default you can choose almost any other language ! And with the google chrome extension its even easier to use ! Especially for us a bigger company with almost 2000 employees it was a key tool to get onboard with !

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

There is only one thing i didnt like , not that i hate it but wouldnt preffer to do it , the password usualy expires after specific time period , meaning u will have to reset it once in a while , but the way i worked having it saved just to login with one click and not remembirng the password wasnt easy to get back in, i had to contact the IT department in order to fix it , Overral everything else is great.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

I would highly recommend taking in consideration this tool for every website u use to login , you can store passwords from different mac os/windows apps and websites aswell, it will be life changing for you !

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a specific workflow to login to my work sites and apps with one click , and not needing to remember all different passwords.Secure 2-factor authentication method for locked apps that require protection.Company wide use of onelogin for every employee in the company , leading to more secure workspace.

  ### 5. Issue using its own authenticator

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xander Vonn L. | CRM Systems Team Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Centralized location for all the apps and the ability to create tabs.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Unable to use OneLogin Protect to authenticate the login. Had to use Google Authenticator.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single-sign-on app to handle all the logins to different systems of the employees.

  ### 6. Onelogin, may you never have to remember a bunch of passwords again!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I love that OneLogin stores all your passwords for you and allows you to add several apps for logging in as well. All you have to do is create your one login account, download the apps you would like to save your username and passwords for, and create one password for your account to be logged in to all your apps at one time.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

There is not much to dislike about his product. The only thing I can think of is if you do have an old password that needs updating, you cannot always view the current password to help you update the old password. If this product could add the edit feature on all apps to make this readily available, that would be super helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

This app is excellent! I recommend using it if you use several apps and have trouble remembering passwords, or even just for secure login for the workplace.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never have to remember the passwords to all the different systems and programs I use at work. I trust that all my passwords are saved safely and securely by using the OneLogin security app that anyone can download to their phone. The security app is downloaded to your phone to help ensure no one else can unlock your passwords without your approval. The app is easy to install and set up too. You also have the choice to set it up using a one-time code with each login or by sending a notification to your phone that you accept.

  ### 7. I HATE ONELOGIN WITH A BURNING PASSION I CAN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I created this account just to leave this review! I hate one login with every fiber of my being! You will be logged in and out of nowhere it logs you out, doesn't matter if you are in the middle of something or not. I save my passwords on my computer just after creating them and it never fails OneLogin will say the password is wrong. This has been the worst experience I have had with a secure system and I work for the government. Every week I am changing this password.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Again I HATE one login. I would not recommend anyone use it. As soon as you are finally able to login, it asks if you want to remember the device. It doesn't matter how many times you click that box your device will never be remembered. In addition if you try to login to a regular email account outside of one login you're unable to until you clear your entire browser cache. It will never let you login to an account outside of itself. It is a horrible system that is much more effort than it is worth and I wish I never had to experience this. I am a software developer, I know computers, I know how to use them and this system is the bane of my existence every day. I wish it would disapper.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no benefits, you will do nothing but frustrate yourself and your employees with this system.

  ### 8. Easy to configure, and has met all my expectations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George G. | Principal Professional Services Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I needed to set up a SAML 2.0 integration between OneLogin and our software. It took me about 15 minutes to get a development account, find and install the SAML app, and get everything configured for use with our system. The integration works flawlessly, and I was able to move on and get everything configured for a customer in their production environment.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I have not yet found anything to dislike.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed SAML 2.0 integration between the Genesys Cloud client sign-in and the customer's OneLogin deployment. The configured integration significantly reduces confusion for the agents and speeds up their process for getting online.

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

It saves so much time, by using the single sign-on.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on a big company and using over thirty different software/tools, it's very hard to manage, secure, and remember all the passwords. OneLogin has been very helpful for me, as I can access the apps I need in the easiest and fastest way.

  ### 11. The easiest SSO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny-Jonell D. | I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

It is easy to set up rules and look users up. I highly recommend this as it is fast and easy to set it up

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making every application use a single sign-on. The benefits of creating a user is that they are all set up through OneLogin instead of creating an account for each application

OneLogin their UI may be simplistic but in some factors it can be to simplistic. some items are not in the right place plus I'm waiting for a better way of making reports

  ### 27. OneLogin, and especially OneLogin support is amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay S. | Manager, IT Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The best part about OneLogin is their responsive customer support. We usually don't have too many issues that require support, but if we ever have configuration questions - they are always quick to our rescue.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I haven't run into anything significant to mention as a dislike about OneLogin.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

OneLogin is better than Okta and way easier to use than Google SSO.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use OneLogin for convenience for our end-users and enhanced security. Our users now have a single pane of glass, the OneLogin Portal, where they can access all of their apps, instead of having to bookmark each app individually. In addition to a single portal to access all apps, our users don't have to remember a password for each individual app. This also helps with our security posture as OneLogin is secure and there are no longer dozens of individual passwords that could be compromised for one-off applications. Another huge benefit is provisioning and automation. OneLogin integrates with multiple other services such as Active Directory and BetterCloud to help us automate user onboarding and off-boarding, saving us hundreds of hours of Help Desk time per year.

  ### 28. OneLogin helps secure and centrally manage all our logins in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stetson L. | Technical Services Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Manageability:
OneLogin allows for granular access control, using roles and groups to assign different logins to bulk users.

Consolidation:
We're now able to keep all of our passwords in one place, removing the time it takes to search and copy the information over to a login portal.

Security:
We can now assign apps to users and groups without needed to worry about resetting the passwords in the event someone discontinues work for us.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The Chrome plugin for adding new apps can sometimes be a bit finicky and not work properly.
We've had better luck with the Firefox plugin, but the Chrome plugin is intermittent when trying to add new apps.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we faces was passwords being documented all over the place and not being able to restrict login to specific users and groups. This is all resolved with OneLogin.

We have OneLogin currently connected to AD which allows us to restrict access for users when their AD account becomes inactive.

The time, and frustration caused by having to search out logins in a database is also solved by having all logins under one place.

  ### 29. Easy use SSO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua C. | Software Development Engineer in Test, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The ease of use when it comes to logging in with One login is immense. I have the configured with most sites I use and it makes my life a lot easier. Since it can be set with keys it makes it a lot more secure as well.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The UI to configure could be better as it isn't very detailed as to where to find what and all. But the documentation will be enough to help you through the UI.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

SSO solution which won't become a problem you have to worry about later on.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with our personal app to login with OneLogin as the SSO and it is much easier to set up than the other options we have. It works remarkably well with no issues. I have never had to get in touch with their support. And their support staff are very welcoming too as I frequently get mails to check if I am enjoying the product and if I have any issues. Feedback given in the mail is taken seriously and implemented as well.

  ### 30. Great solution for identity management and convenience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2022

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Easy to use and navigate to all available applications all through a single login. Also works with mobile.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Nothing, super easy to use. Never ran into any issues from Onelogin. On occasion I would need internal IT to re-add access to specific apps, but that's an internal issue.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Get it, super easy to use tool.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identity and access management, MFA, and single sign on.

  ### 31. OneLogin is a fantastic Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Luis L. | System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

For me the best thing about Onelogin is the compatibility with a large number of platforms as well as the ease of configuring with all applications. Besides that I can have up to 3 applications integrations for free. This has helped me that if I require a fourth application, I would certainly be adding it to Onelogin even if it incurred a cost.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

In these 5 years that I have been using the tool, it has really met all the requirements of the company, so I can not find something that I do not like for now, I am very happy with Onelogin.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

I highly recommend onelogin, it is a very safe and simple tool to configure as well as being compatible with many of the cloud applications

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onelogin has mainly helped me to solve problems regarding security issues with the applications, in the company we use our active directory to authenticate our users with the applications in the cloud, to do this, it was necessary to make a large infrastructure expense to be able do this integration. Onelogin has solved this problem for us so we have also had great savings, now we do not need a large infrastructure.

  ### 32. Great tool for a medium size business!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

We love the simplicity of the UI. Does a lot to make an IT Admin job much more manageable and simplifies workflows.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

That there is no way to move policies for everyone. That moving policy is manual unless done by scripts. I wish it had more power to change bulk user permissions.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized 2FA and Device Trust can be solved with OneLogin.

  ### 33. Easy to use Single Sign On

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Special Projects, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like how it separates the applications that I use for work from the ones that I use personally.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I don't like that it signs me out every so often.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a single sign-on to use for our company. We realized that it works on mobile devices as well.

  ### 34. Great Identity solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The thing I like most about OneLogin is its ability to manage access across multiple systems, platforms, and devices easily.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Overall my organization's experience with OneLogin has been good, so I can't say one specific thing that I dislike.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main problem we wanted to solve when we chose OneLogin was to implement an organization-wide identification service, which OneLogin enabled us to do.

  ### 35. A great tool for keeping logins secure.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like having to put my password in only once.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

As an administrator, I, unfortunately, have a time-out set, so my logins are more frequent than I would like.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OneLogin, there were multiple things that needed to be logged into, some that had no multifactor authentication. Using OneLogin allows for our services to have that extra security.

  ### 36. OneLogin Simple and secure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

The single sign-on function and clean layout

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Refresh once a day to make sure your single sign-on works on other sites

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can access all of the programs I use for work in one hub.

  ### 37. Much better experience after Bitium

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Support many of our HR-driven provisioning workflows, automation, and flexibility

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

just in time provisioning is not working in cases when onboarding from HR system requires some additional documentation from new hires

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

very good deal when you need a package

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

scaling and automating identity management, use of shared accounts, securing environment by cutting off access of onboarded employees by HR

  ### 38. OneLogin - Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The variety of apps that can be integrated, the quickness of SAML authentication.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Sometimes the MFA doesnt send the push properly causing delays on authentication. Users get frustrated as they need to enter the code manually.

Its kinda sucky that you are unable to add other tiles w/ credentials, but this might be an enterprise settings.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally none

  ### 39. OneLogin. Greatness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like the fact that I can combine a few of my system logins. I like the user management, and it is seamless with most apps

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I don't know yet. I see the pricing is a little steep for this. I also wish I could customize the interface like logo and background to match our company colors.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Reduce the price lol

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security is excellent with a single tap button for access. I love the MFA to help Information security. It able to connect my many apps/software into a central location

  ### 40. Easy management of users and access

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The easy of use. Great interface. It removes a lot of legwork in access management. Great customer service if you do need help

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Some of the sub menus are in less than logical locations. Not all apps work but the list is growing

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and offboarding setup times are quicker with apps.

  ### 41. Exceptional fore a school environment.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver H. | Senior systems and network administrator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The one stop shop portal for all apps. If its not in OneLogin, our school doesn't use it. ""

I like the ease of onboarding parents and faculty.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Cost of OneLogin desktop. We are a pure Mac shop and we would like to pursue the desktop app, but cost was the barrier.

The mobile app could be a little sleeker. But that may have to do with a lot of our apps being for based injection, and or the apps themselves have their own mobile client.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Make sure that alot of the apps you want to use are already supported in their ecosystem.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user provisioning process of getting all apps setup all when I create the user one time in Active Directory

  ### 42. One Login Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I can click on One Login which is bookmarked and then easily navigate to all other company websites that I need to go to.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Nothing really. Sometimes it feels slightly more time consuming then just going straight to the bookmarked websites. But worth it overall.

**Reviewed by:** Johnathan H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Aside from the product working well, it is always a pleasure working with OneLogin staff. They are very helpful with resolving issues or implementing new features to facilitate business needs. I would definitely recommend them for any business who has the need.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Had to think about this one for a few, I guess the only thing that bugs me is sometimes when I delete a user I forget to first remove its associations! This causes the user to remain on status "deleting" until I remember to go back and disassociate. Not really a show stopper and mostly my fault for forgetting!

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Take your time, read all the things, consult with OneLogin staff they're a BIG help!

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin creates a more simple environment for our users having a centralized location for logging into apps. This also greatly increases security by removing the need to remember/rotate passwords for many things.
