## OneLogin Reviews
  ### 1. SO easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johanna E. | Health Coach, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin is a one-stop-shop that makes entering apps easy and safe with security.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Sometimes it bumps you out without notice when it's time to refresh your password.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized systems initiated (chaos solved) make logging in so fast.

  ### 2. OneLogin: Manage your Users and Applications with ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like the ease of use with the product. AD connector easy to configure and bring in your users, then organise them into groups using the automation so users have access to the right applications (cloud and on-premise).

Works in real time so ideal for the new starter/mover/leaver process.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The creation flow could be smoother maybe using a wizard to drive the OL engine. That said, following the features through the menu isn’t all that difficult. More of a nice to have, if anything.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin is solving for eliminating the need to remember lots of different passwords thanks to safe, secure single sign-on. It provides a secure path to my applications and also enables me to provision applications.

The ability to be able to provision hundreds of users instead of individually doing so (eg O365) means that time can be spent on more important tasks.

  ### 3. oneLogin Starter with gr8 experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

end-to-end approach to provide security. best govern access control and compliance. Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance Administration, and Active Directory Management and Security.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Need to leverage integration with API gateways. More technical support required

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Recommended for User privilege and security.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to have granular access control for highly privileged accounts, account recovery actions.

  ### 4. Tightening Security, Saving Time, Improving User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oray O. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Mappings and Rules based automations for connectors which has provisioning support. These made it possible for us to automate almost all of our onboarding/offboarding actions which is a huge deal. Automations saves time and minimize human error factor.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Event Logs needs to be improved. Some really important actions are not logged or at least there is not a feature on the UI to see those logs. If you develope something on your own by using their API then you can pull these events. OneLogin needs to implement a comprehensive event log in their UI for admins.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Its a great platform for your IAM needs. They have great customer support and very engaged with their customers.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign on which is improving the user experience, Authentication Security hardened with MFA, Rule based automations to saving time and minimizing human error.

  ### 5. Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin offers a streamlined IT platform.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

No complaints yet! Keep up the good work!

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small IT department and OneLogin makes it simple to create and disable users a crossed multiple platforms. It also adds a lot of security to our enviornment!

  ### 6. Super easy timesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like how I can easily login to all the apps I need in my day to day without having to remember thousands of passwords! Such a timesaver.
In the past, I would have to remember or have a notebook with all the passwords that I used for every single software. I would be scared to forget and then if a password was requested to be updated, I would have to write it down and fix it in my notebook- just a lot of hassle. So glad for One Login!
I also like how there is that logo that is at the very top - right by your browser- makes it super easy to find! Then when you click on that logo, you can find your most used apps as well as reccomended apps. There were some nifty ones that I was not even aware of that I'm so glad I saw!
Otherwise, if you want to browse, there is a search bar where you can search through the apps.
Easy and simple interface- nothing too hard- takes probably about 5 minutes tops to familiarize yourself with how to use One Login.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Sometimes I get locked out of it and that means that I can't access any of the applications that I need for the day. I think one time I had to get IT to get me unlocked, but I guess it wasn't anything too crazy- just took about 10 minutes.
One thing though with OneLogin- speaking of getting locked out- one time I completely got confused with my password and I think I put an extra character or I don't think I remember what it was- my computer normally auto-saves all passwords but the new device I was on did not have the auto saved password. So I end up typing the wrong one and I think after 3 tries it locked me out- yikes! Very strict and no password reminder, etc. I guess that could be good but.. also I think that can be avoided if we can see the password we are typing in.
Just recently One Login caused one of my software that I'm using to sort of malfunction. I can't open it by itself even when I'm logged into One Login. I have to physically go to One Login and click on it.
Lastly, One Login is linked to Duo so you better have your phone on you if you run into that prompt!

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Great timesaver. Remembers all your passwords with just one login. :)

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for time saving. Our days are busy handling inbound phone volume and we handle a lot of software each day while on the phones. It would really take too much of the customer time if we have to open each program one by one on calls and remember login info. This makes calls more efficient and it just makes our day to day more efficient too. It also means I don't have to show up early to login to all my programs. Nifty tool!

  ### 7. Decent SSO solution, great central hub for users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian W. | Support Technician III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Admin side:
-Simple connector setup for directory integration

-The ease of deployment for new apps

-Ability to set roles and scope tiles to them so that onboarding and new account set up is streamlined

-Account editing is a breeze

User side:
-Intuitive system that even our elementary school students can navigate easily

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

-On the user side, OneLogin does require a modicum of computer literacy, which can lead to support issues with users who are less technically advanced.

-The required use of an extension presents an issue when we're supporting parents who use work provided laptops, as a lot of the time extension downloads are restricted for them.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Evaluate the computer literacy of your users beforehand, otherwise it can be more of a headache than a help.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is ease of use for our parents and students. Especially for the children in middle school and below. Having a centralized hub with all of the applications and resources they need is invaluable and saves time for us and for the teachers.

  ### 8. Easy to use and get set up

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2021

OIDC PKCE Flow, example/sample codes for easy integrations. And most of all APIs.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Roles and Groups are somewhat confusing, If more simplified would be better

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign-on through out company applications

  ### 11. SImple enough to quickly implement, complex enough to satisfy your identity and security needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The platform makes sense. Everything is laid out in a logical fashion, and the data flows are well documented. Support is fantastic to work with and will provide you with a response in good time. OneLogin is responsive to their customers, and works constantly to add value to an already awesome product. Their app catalog is incredibly extensive, and they are always up to the challenge for creating new apps. I have yet to come across a SaaS/PaaS platform I can not protect with OneLogin. The newest addition of application specific rules for all apps was amazing. It allows us to put complex data decisions where they belong, instead of shoehorning them into global mapping rules and custom fields. Logging is detailed and allows us to get to the basics of a login issue very quickly.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Mapping rules can get confusingly complex at times, as the comparison functions are still relatively limited, and there is no grouping for conditions to provide complex boolean evaluations, so you end up needing to build out more rules than maybe you would like to in order to get your desired end result. The other thing is that for AD integration there is no great way of forcing a sync to/from AD for a single user from the OneLogin console.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

OneLogin is worth a look if you are in the market for a new SSO or IAM platform. Even if you are not, this platform is worth following as they are poised to start setting trends in their space.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved our lack of coherent SSO and MFA protection of hosted apps. OneLogin helps us with on-boarding and off-boarding both our students and our employees. We have streamlined and simplified account provisioning, and have increased our user bases self-service capability immensley.

  ### 12. Able to setup and deploy SSO in under a couple days

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Che S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Getting setup was very easy and quick. The thousands of pre-existing connectors made it extremely to deploy. And when we needed some custom connectors built the support team was super awesome and had them ready within a few days!!!

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The admin dashboard could show some more insights into our users and usage.

e.g active users in last 30 days, most used apps, possible recent security events to be reviewed, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

They are an awesome team with brilliant support specialists.

Note: if you need a custom connector built you can request this connecter be built before you sign any binding contracts.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single sign-on with legacy applications.

  ### 13. Is very good but it can improve.

The product is so very complex but at the same time very simple to manage. The number of options that are available make life much easier.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Nothing until now. Maybe to refer to the lack of free certified training

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing the authentication issues with an array of custom applications that introduced problems as operations grew more complex.

OneLogin enabled us to create a single, secure entry point to applications while enabling our member firms to keep their local compliance measures in place

  ### 15. Great IAM solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Competetive SAML solution, excellent support. User-friendly Admin portal.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

On-Boarding and Off-Boarding Workflows are missing. Okta has a good solution.
OneLogin Desktop for Windows is good, lacks proper support and integration for MACs. Need to add support for Servers, similar to Okta ASA.
Better RADIUS support. Multiple configurations for the same IP.
Better Group or Tag management for Application assignment.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign-On for all Applications. Lacks the support for Single Sign-On for Devices.

  ### 18. Access in simplicity and security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan S. | IT Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Being able to deploy new services with out the need to create a new account for each person. Users only have one username and password to remember.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Not all software is on onelogin and some is only forms based. It would be good to try and push all companies to use SAML

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Make sure what you want to use it for uses SAML otherwise the user or admin would have to enter details for each person.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great support, documentation and resources available! OneLogin's account support team is on top of checking in on us to make sure everything continues to go smoothly with quarterly meetings. During these meetings they go over our OneLogin account and keep us up to date on what OneLogin has planned for future releases, they go over any support tickets we have submitted, and answer any questions we might have. We appreciate all of their communication, it's top notch!

Our organization has been using OneLogin for SSO for a number of applications in our enterprise, and once it's set up it just works. That's the least you can ask for from a technology company! The account support team is very quick to respond if we ever have issues.

  ### 25. OneLogin Review

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2021

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Just like any cloud based IdP, they make it easy to connect into most all apps we use. Initial pricing was very good. Eager to work with us to resolve issues.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Certain custom integration takes way longer than it should, account manager turn over is frustrating but several of the other members have been with us for years so that helps.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin enables us to provide a more seamless user experience to securely access resources.

  ### 26. Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin keeps all our apps organized in one place. It makes the workflow so much more easier, having 1 login for everything. I feel like it is my own personal dashboard that I can easily refer to when I need to access commonly-used apps for my job.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Once your password is set to expire soon, you get many emails reminding you to update your password. I understand this is for security, but the extensive emails every day seems a bit much. That's all I can think of, really.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Use it! Definitely helpful.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With OneLogin, I'm able to keep organized, by keeping all my workplace apps in one place. It also improves security across platforms, since it acts as the password barrier when having to log into apps.

  ### 27. Excellent product and functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Bringing a large range of authentication types into one

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Licensing structure can be convoluted and confusing for Higher Education but to their credit they're doing their best to make it work

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Consider the Total Cost of Ownership, including add-ons

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing a complex architecture and various authentication needs makes it easier to manage the ecosystem, more secure and less headaches for administration.

  ### 28. OneLogin is a solid IDP, can be better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George W. | Director of Information Security and Cloud Architecture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin makes it easy to SSO in Saas apps that use SAML authentication. The proxy(sign in as another user) is very helpful when helping to troubleshoot issues in applications. The customer success team is great and they really do all they can to help you get better use out of their product. I love that they are containerizing parts of their application that we need to deploy. This enables us to do local testing and lower our cloud costs.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The single account owner feels secure but its often frustrating for admin users since there are things only the account owner can do. The UI/UX for admins can be confusing at times. Bugs in LDAP sync have caused havoc for us.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an IDP that could replace our aging Siteminder setup. We were relying on a reverse proxy authentication and HTTP headers within 20 different homegrown apps. We have been able to reduce the amount of infrastructure we had to run and quickly migrate some applications to the cloud thanks to OneLogin.

  ### 29. So convenient!

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Make it your home page for easier access.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to use OneLogin to quickly log into the applications I use day to day.

  ### 30. Easy to manage onboarding and offboarding in one system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

We love the fact that we can scope so many fields to our Applications and leverage things like O365 Groups, Locations, etc. We also pair it up with BetterCloud which allows even more fluid onboarding and offboarding. We are currently working with OneLogin's team to link our GreenHouse onboarding platform to OneLogin to make even more efficent use of Roles, Groups, Application onboarding.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

So far the only issues have been with some of our application providers. We find though that OneLogin still allows us to link to those apps through custom mappings and API calls. Other than that the support and service has been top notch.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding, Offboarding, Conversions for Contractors to FTE.

  ### 31. Integration Was Super Simple But Can Be More Robust Solution For Cloud Native Apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umair A. | Senior Solution Architect , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Its SSO supports, integrations to standards apps and provided SDKs.
Its privileges API which helps alot to implement custom authorization models.
Its new feature for Oauth dispensary is amazing and can be used in combination with API gateway for the legacy applications which does not have possibilities to implement OAuth.
Its out of the box SSO feature with more than 600 applications integration provides the easiness and quick integration.
Its android and IOS app for the multi factor application. It can also be utilized as an one time password (OTP).

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Should be more flexible from the development perspective for cloud native apps. such as SDK's properties file are encapsulated in the project.
There should be approval process and possibility to customize the branding pages so user experience looks exotic.
Consent management is missing from application perspective with users, so there is no management or control of custom consent from per application.
lifecycle of user's identity is hard to impelement e.g: if a user needs to be active only between ceertain time period and its status should be changed (in case of temporary/external partners)

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

For cloud based IDaaS, it is highly recommended because it provides lots of out of the box security solutions.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Desktop SSO for our internal identities.
Federation service with on-premises IAM.
Authentication for internal users via internal IAM due to security requirement.
Multifactor Authentication implementation with different custom scenarios.
Authorizations management for all users.
Usage of its rest APIs to develop custom processes according to the business needs.
Branding of its login and top banner according to design principle.

  ### 32. Security and Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela C. | Chief Experience Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

We use OneLogin for team and client login. We can all log into apps we share without anyone knowing the password. Before OneLogin, I had to change the password every time some one left. It was a nightmare! I also log the security of knowing when someone is logging into our systems.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I don't like that fact that the passwords can be saved in a browser if the user is prompted to do so.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Pricing and customer support was very important to us.

Note: I have tried several times to upload the screenshot to validate I am a user, but I keep getting an error message.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security of passwords and the ease of logging into our apps. The OneLogin platform will grow with us as our company grows and our security needs change.

  ### 33. Onelogin SSO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason S. | Manager of Enterprise Network Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Onelogin's ability to smoothly deploy apps and troubleshoot issues is a great asset.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Legacy user accounts that do not delete when removed from AD can be a little tedious. This is only seen on the admin's side of the dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

run the trial and fully use it to get all of your user experience worked out.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that is being solved with OLI is having one portal for all of my supported cloud apps for my user base. They log into OLI and there are all their necessary business applications.

  ### 34. Great - Though we didn't purchase it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Ease of integration with Office 365 and other apps. The overview of how things are laid on in the program. The ease of integration with our students.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

How much the product cost for non-profit education. The lack of a student portal.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would have been great to have this product to give everyone the same password for every app. Also a student portal would be a nice addition.

  ### 35. Good docs and keeps thing secure

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Documentation is present with explanations about different auth flows

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Not as customizable as I would like. More redirect power after login would be appreciated

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auth for out corporate software.
Keeps out site secure.

  ### 36. OneLogin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Simplicity, friendly user interface, design

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Pricing, weak mobile app, lack of password mng applications

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Simplicity

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO, user enroling/derolling

  ### 37. OneLogin Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like OneLogin as a SSO proxy service for us. I have integrated a lot of tools, services and applications with OneLogin, such as AWS accounts, OpenVPN, NewRelic, and office 365, etc. I like its virtual directory service and OneLogin Protect app (MFA app) as well.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

On OneLogin dashboard, people can add their personal links/shortcuts in addition to use corporate apps with SSO integrated. I hope that there would be some privacy consideration and protection about these personal shortcuts. If employee left the company, company's administrator wouldn't be able to use these personal links/shortcuts.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

If you have a project to implement SSO, identity management or application provision and management, I strongly suggest you look into OneLogin solution.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big problem OneLogin solved for us was to reduce the number of login credentials user needs to remember. I use OneLogin as central SSO proxy so that all users are able to maintain and use one set of their user identity to access different tools and applications.

  ### 38. Excellent SSO, excellent management, and excellent support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin has always been very responsive to our questions, concerns, and requests. They have helped us investigate issues we have and have provided real solutions. In addition, the user interface of the product is very easy to use and understand, in addition to being quite flexible.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

I wish they had the ability to fully recreate custom ADFS claims. Our migration to OneLogin only affected one application, and we architect Ed a new way to make it work, but there is no RegEx functionality for which Roles to send to the SP.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

You should make this a top choice if you are trying to decide between multiple products. The support team is amazing to work with and, as stated elsewhere in this review, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. This is one of the better companies I have worked with in my current job.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our offboarding and Onboarding processes has been immensely simplified, and we are more secure as a company as a result of that. In addition, it is much easier for us to audit access to each of our company's applications, as we have simple Active Directory groups set up for each one.

  ### 39. Just one user and password

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The Chrome Extension is really helpful to have a quick access to the main applications used by the company

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Sometimes the 2-factor validation using Onelogin app fails

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Onelogin to guarantee that users just have one credential over every application used by the company and also to make easy the provisioning of new users

  ### 40. Simple, Powerful, Secure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph A. | Adjunct Instructor, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I like how easy it is to protect enterprise applications by leveraging SSO and OneLogin's MFA capabilities. There are so many pre-configured applications that do all the legwork for you, that you don't have to wrestle with the XML metadata files. Even when you are using an app that is not part of their pre-configured app catalog, they are incredibly responsive to adding it into the catalog. They also provide a mechanism where you can manually setup a SAML integration.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Mapping rules can get scary when you have complex logic you are trying to maintain. The mapping rules' simplicity is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it doesn't take a lot of brain-power to figure out what each individual rule does, but if you are looking to have complex branching logic, it is a little like programming in assembly: doable, rock solid when you do it right, but difficult to trace through at times.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

OneLogin understands the needs of higher education. They recognize the need to partner with their users to continually improve the product. They make every decision with security as a priority concern.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified identity, user provisioning, and account security were the three main problems that OneLogin has solved for us. We have reduced our account compromises by an order of magnitude since adopting mandatory MFA for all our accounts.

  ### 41. Useful day to day tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua C. | Software Development Engineer In Test, Computer & Network Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I've been using Onelogin for almost a year now and I have never once had a second thought about switching to a different SSO solution. It is seamlessly integrated with almost every application I use. Never had any issues so far. Liked the overall experience and would recommend for general usage.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

They stopped their free usage demo option a while back and the org I work for used to test integrations with one login via demos instead of making them create more full versions which are difficult now.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

A nice SSO solution which isn't that hard to set up and use. Has a clean user interface and doesn't get in your way more than necessary.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Onelogin mainly for the single sign-on part. It's been a really good experience so far.

  ### 42. Onelogin gives a complete control over the authorisation for us.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Software Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Onelogin helped us to allow the clients to login without having to remember the passwords. A. this is happening over cloud, so complete control from any place. Once the requirement is over, it is very easy to revoke the access methods.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

If there could be any way to customize the authorization timeout. I agree this could be a security threat, but its a feature it is missing.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving access and managing the access for a large set of clients inside an industry could be very difficult. OneLogin truly helped in managing and controlling the access method for each and everyone in a very smooth way.

  ### 43. The best overall SSO platform I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin's Customer Support is exemplary. We have regularly scheduled support calls, review the product roadmap, and discuss any outstanding support issues. Our dedicated account representatives are always responsive and helpful. Technical support is generally fast as well.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The admin portal is a little unintuitive for managing multiple accounts. It was apparently designed to manage accounts for resellers though, so it's understandable that it doesn't directly translate to managing multiple business units within a single entity. It would be nice to have more direct support for this.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin has greatly simplified our automation of user credential generation. This allow us to add and remove users from multiple applications as needed. It also simplifies the use of MFA across all applications associated with it.

  ### 44. Best way to secure users access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nelsy F. | Senior Officer Information Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

Security is the best; manage passwords and I can also control users access for my organization. The upsides are more coverage for my organization users, and more help to my administrators. We can connect more services, like Google, Workfront, SuccesFactors and Salesforce. We can choose who can enter outside our corporate network, control that we did not have before Onelogin.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

The user interface is not friendly, I got confused at times and that take me time to found what I am looking for. Sometimes the synchronization of an account takes time to establish.

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

It's the best way to implement SSO on your organization, easy to use and manage.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I can control all my users, I have users in three different countries and all lf them access trough Onelogin.

  ### 45. OneLogin - Wonderful company, great support, great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

The people, so many great ones, partnership

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Nothing right now, we are happy with the service we have received

**Recommendations to others considering OneLogin:**

Rely heavily on your customer success manager, they have been critical to our success

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO, MFA, custom SAML applications, user provisioning, simplified user experience

  ### 46. Easiest way to manage all work related applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher F. | Senior Business Development Representative, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

It is an easy way to manage the log in information for all app that one must log into for work everyday. By logging into onelogin, it gives me access across the board to my favorite and most useful applications that I use on the daily.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

There isn't much to not like. It's an easy to use platform that lets you add and subtract your top most used applications. The occasional time or two where you may need to login due to inactivity but that isn't so bad.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say it solves much of an issue except time. It's the first thing i open everyday. Sign in and boom everything i need is right in front of me ready to be opened and used accordingly.

  ### 47. Flexible access management tools with interesting lifecycle tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

lifecycle tools and identities provisioning

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

connection with on-premise and legacy apps

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploy security in the access management and SSO

  ### 48. Tool for Identity and Access Management (IAM)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly g. | Senior Software Engineering, Chemicals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

OneLogin is intended to streamline the business login process. It is useful in enhancing the productivity and safety of systems and it is used by a large number of organizations and individuals. It works faster and it is easy to execute and supports the streamlining of user’s workflows and procedures. OneLogin strongly integrates all applications, devices, and users in a cloud-based network. This tool offers rapid and easy individuality and access management.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

It is incapable of generating a shortcut using the web-browser. This tool loses connection when using a mobile phone. Onelogin lacks organizational APIs for setting up a new connector. This stops the computerized incorporation into groups and needs manual operation instead of a discovery-based automatic setup. The potential alignment of the interface is inadequate. This averts the use of the software as a communication network.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneLogin enhances the identity management and reduces the expenditures related to it. This system generates important savings on substructure and operating costs by moving all the identity and access management to the cloud. OneLogin lessens the work burden and pressure on IT structure by taking out the prerequisite for extended incorporation and provisioning tasks, PIN and username reorganizes, and track IT monitoring.

  ### 49. Makes my life so much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke F. | BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about OneLogin?**

I love the fact that when I get to work in the morning, I only need to log in to one platform to access all of the other services that I use. This saves me so much time each morning with log ins. I also like the fact that all of my services are on the same scree. This is a no-brainer service to take advantage of.

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

There really isn't much to dislike. Maybe at the fact that I need to spend time to log in to OneLogin but that is a given.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my morning so much easier and quicker when logging in to the services that I use.

  ### 50. Easy to use SSO application

Easy to set up and utilize from anywhere

**What do you dislike about OneLogin?**

Constant change makes job aids outdated.

**What problems is OneLogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined access for our users to not require remembering numerous passwords.
