Allows tracking of documents, where you can monitor the recipient's time on each page, most searched words in the document and much more. Allows you to configure each document sent in such a way that you can self-destruct it at a certain time, so that they can not use it after reading it. We had to take some time to get to know the software in depth, as we did not know all its functions. Although it has a mobile application, I do not feel that it is as intuitive as its web version and with all the tools. Onehub is easy is enroll in. There is also a free trial that sets up your account instantaneously. One hub offers an easy interface to upload any type of files. There is also a default Quickstart guide that provides basic instructions on how to upload and download files.
The portal provides facility to upload any number of distinct files and any volume of files. Multiple files could be categorized based on your subject area in different workspaces. The smooth ability to maintain the files in a secured and painless mode makes one hub a valuable asset.

The watermark is too dark on some downloads and obscures content. Excels are downloaded as PDFs for non-administrators and this download does not preserve the formatting well. Excel sheets can be chopped into many small pages due to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how useful it is and it has turned my work life around! The thing I like best is the face that it has an excellent user interface and it is very easy to use. It allows you to stay organized with all your files and upload files daily. I like that the platform allows you to organize files in a customizable way, and the application has excellent additional features! It has been great experience, so far. I do not dislike any major part of the application. Great platform to use if you like accessibility and ease of use!
One downside is that it would have been even better if more organization adopted and implemented this application because I work two jobs and and currently, only of my jobs knows and uses this platform, making it easily available to its employees.
The platform allows easy file sharing so would prefer to have it more accessible. I would suggest you all to try using it as it has really changed my outlook on how I can organize my file so its easily accessible and easy to share with my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
