It offers solid support, and since it will fund new versions until the imminent future, it is a trustworthy long-term solution. **What do you dislike about Coast?** Quick & easy mobile app, but a little slow with high volume files. When I was looking for a CMMS for my team, all the other softwares out there were at least 2x or 3x the price of Coast for the same features. Beyond that, it is also very user-friendly, so my maintenace team who are not tech-savvy were able to get in there and start closing out work orders and PMs. **What do you dislike about Coast?** There is nothing I dislike about Coast so far. When a issue comes up or when we need an additional feature, the team addresses it right away. **What problems is Coast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improved my maintenance team productivity and tracking equipment maintenance. ### 4. We purchased it and got it up and running same day with our team of 30 people.
