**What do you like best about One Legal?**

(1) Court filings; (2) e-service; (3) timely responses to my inquiries.

**What do you dislike about One Legal?**

Depending on the court it can sometimes take weeks to receive conformed copies.

**What problems is One Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Court filings particularly during the pandemic.  One Legal proved to be a shining star.  Because of One Legal I continued to be productive during the pandemic.

**What do you like best about One Legal?**

The streamline workflow for filing, customer service and easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about One Legal?**

Over the three years I have used One Legal, the only issues I have had with the system were problems with the overall e-filing system here in Illinois and not with One Legal itself.

**What problems is One Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-filing on the free option for Illinois is very time consuming, not only because the workflow is truncated, but also because each step has to be uploaded at each step.  With One Legal, everything in done and uploaded with a smooth, seamless process.  Also their customer service is readily available and they are always willing to help.

**What do you like best about One Legal?**

I love being able to use One Legal to easily file necessary documents via efile with the courts as it eliminates so much hassle of having to mail or personally serve something. 

**What do you dislike about One Legal?**

I wish one legal could be a little more user friendly in their efforts to help firms serve and efile court documents. 

**What problems is One Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One Legal allows us to be much more efficient and allows us more time to be able to efile or serve documents.
