I feel like the .gif solution for liveness verification, while compliant with EU laws, does not always provide us with enough of a view of the customers' surroundings (in cases of fraud, for example), as some other solutions on the market (which record a video). Navigation through Onfido is extremely simlpe - you do not need any form of training or introduction to start using it. If there is anything I could suggest, it would be possibility to display more than 12 results on one page - usually, websites have the option to set up the number of viewed elements, and users can choose between, e.g. 10, 25, 50 or 100.
